Modular living space

The invention relates to a modular living space, as well as to a building comprising several modular living spaces.

Traditional construction often relies on architect's plans determined during construction and then frozen. Such an approach lacks flexibility because an inhabitant may wish to adapt a living space to his taste at the time of construction, then change his living space over time.

On the other hand, current constructions are generally made to measure on site. The realization of these constructions requires to coordinate the collaboration and the sequence of various trades: this organization is often complex and induces relatively long construction times, often with errors and delays.

There are home improvement solutions based on the addition of furniture or movable partitions. These solutions add flexibility to the home. However, they are not designed modular from design, do not provide flexibility when designing homes. In addition, the solutions chosen are often limited and / or require furniture mobility in several intersecting directions, which makes their use not very user-friendly.

Thus, a general object of the invention consists in proposing a solution for designing a living space which improves the solutions of the state of the art, does not have all or part of the drawbacks of the state of the art.

More specifically, a first object of the invention consists of a modular living space, allowing its optimal adaptation to the needs of a resident.

A second object of the invention consists of a modular living space allowing simpler, faster, more reliable, more reproducible and less expensive construction.

To this end, the invention is based on a living space, characterized in that it comprises a through space extending in a longitudinal direction from a first external wall to a second opposite external wall, delimiting the living volume in two parts right and left side, a first side part comprising at least one bathroom and a kitchen, and the other second side part comprising at least one transverse partition movable in the longitudinal direction to modify the configuration of the living space.

The other second lateral part may comprise at least two parallel transverse partitions movable in the longitudinal direction.

Figures 1 to 11 show a plan of a living space according to one embodiment. Preferably, this habitable volume is inscribed in a substantially rectangular surface, even if an outer wall may have one or more off-hooks. In addition, some exterior walls may possibly form an angle other than 90 ° between them.

Thus, this plan includes four exterior walls defining the living area on the floor. A first entry wall 1 in particular comprises an entry door 2. According to this embodiment, this entry wall 1 comprises two parallel non-aligned sub-walls, separated by a notch formed by a small wall perpendicular 3 to the two sub-walls, the alignment of which will be specified later. A second opposite wall 11 to the entry wall 1 limits the opposite end of the living space. The left side portion 50 includes rooms without water, such as bedrooms and living rooms. According to this embodiment, it comprises two transverse partitions 51, 52, extending from the left side wall 31 to the through space 40. According to the particularity of the living space according to the embodiment, these transverse partitions are movable in the longitudinal direction. Naturally, as a variant, the right and left lateral parts can be reversed.

The first movable transverse partition 51 defines for example a chamber 53 or a simple dressing room, depending on its position, this chamber 53 extending from the entry wall 1. This chamber is closed: the transverse partition 51 comes close to a longitudinal partition 45, which delimits the left border of the through space 40, in alignment with the perpendicular wall 3 forming the off-hook of the inlet wall 1. The mobility of this transverse wall 51 therefore makes it possible to lengthen or shorten the room 53.

Preferably, the transverse partition 51 comes into contact on its two ends with on the one hand the longitudinal partition 45 and on the other hand with the left side wall 31. This lateral contact is such that it allows the relative displacement of the partition transverse 51, while ensuring airtightness and soundproofing. For this, the lateral ends of the transverse partition 51 can be fitted over their entire height with a flexible seal of the elastomer or brush type, which remains in contact with the walls between which it is positioned to ensure this seal and / or a guide. lateral; this seal rubs against the longitudinal walls during the movement of the movable transverse partition. These flexible joints can also be stretchable, which facilitates the sealing at their ends in the angles formed between wall, floor, ceiling and partition concerned.

The mobility of the movable transverse partition is ensured by several longitudinal rails, which can be positioned laterally and / or on the ceiling, at the level of beams arranged at the level of the longitudinal partition 45 for example, as will be specified with reference to FIGS. 15 and 16, and positioned on the left side wall 31 and / or on the neighboring ceiling for example. The travel of this movable transverse partition 51 is preferably limited to the end of the longitudinal partition 45 to keep the chamber 53 closed in all configurations. The living space then comprises a second movable transverse partition 52, which separates the remaining living space from the left side part 50 into two spaces 54, 55.

Preferably, an additional movable longitudinal partition 46, preferably in alignment with the longitudinal partition 45, is added to close all or part of these volumes. In addition, a movable transverse partition can guarantee sealing, as explained above. Such an option will be preferred for a partition delimiting a room and / or intended for few displacements, ie at a low frequency of displacements. Alternatively, a movable transverse partition may not guarantee sealing, in which case its periphery will be simplified, as will its displacement which could be done using simple rollers. Such a solution will be preferred for a partition whose displacement will be more frequent, called high frequency. The uses of this space 54 can thus be as an extra bedroom, playroom, library, office or professional space.

Of course, the living space could include any other number of movable partitions, at least one. By way of example, FIGS. 12 to 14 illustrate the possibilities of fitting out a living space with a single movable transverse partition. However, according to an important characteristic, the living space is designed to include at least one movable partition which does not extend over the entire width of the volume, but only on a lateral part. In addition, its mobility is oriented in one direction, the longitudinal direction.

On the other hand, the living space is designed with dimensions allowing its modular character. It is constructed by simply assembling parts, such as partitions, external walls, joinery, etc., manufactured in a standardized and independent manner in the factory and transported to the place of construction. For this, these parts are preferably made of wood. To facilitate this modular construction, the parts are assembled according to a regular transverse frame allowing the transport of these by road. This frame can contain the left lateral part on the one hand, and on the other hand the crossing space 40 and the right lateral part 41.

As shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, longitudinal beams 5 extending longitudinally from the entry wall 1 to the opposite wall 11, at the level of the through space 40, substantially at the center of the living space. Alternatively, when in particular the parcel of land on which the building is constructed is not rectangular, this building may include one or more non-parallel apartments, that is to say whose longitudinal directions, defined by their crossing space, form a non-zero angle with the longitudinal direction of all the other apartments. The passageway space 60 also allows the use for common uses of the occupants of the various habitable volumes such as meeting space, gardening, etc.

FIG. 18 represents the plan of a floor of a building lit on two facades only according to an alternative embodiment, in which central and / or lateral openings allow a supply of light.
