Abstract

L'invention concerne une marche d'aérobic réglable en hauteur (1). La moitié inférieure de chaque jambe d'appui (3, 3') comporte une première partie de positionnement (31) ayant deux premières plaques (311) et au moins une première partie de saisie (314) sur au moins une des premières plaques (311), et la moitié supérieure d'une jambe d'extension (4, 4') comporte une seconde partie de positionnement (41) reliée à la première partie (31) pour plier la jambe (4, 4') vers l'intérieur, ou la déplier en ligne droite avec la jambe (3, 3') pour augmenter la hauteur de la plate-forme (2). La seconde partie (41) a deux secondes plaques (421) qui correspondent respectivement et sont adjacentes aux deux premières plaques (311), et des côtés au moins des secondes plaques (421) comportent au moins une seconde partie (44) correspondant à la première partie (314) pour fixer la position de la jambe (4, 4') à différents angles.
