La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'isolation thermique (2) pour former, au moins partiellement, une enceinte (6) obtenue par assemblage de plusieurs parois et destinée à recevoir un produit à transporter. Ledit dispositif (2) comprend au moins deux des parois (8) de l'enceinte (6) reliées entre elles par un moyen de liaison pivot, et chaque paroi (8) du dispositif (2) comprend un matériau isolant (10). L'invention concerne également un emballage isotherme (1) comportant un tel dispositif d'isolation thermique (2).
