Description
The present invention relates to living trolleys used for monitoring the condition of a structure. Certain structures, for example road bridges, viaducts, railway bridges, often prove crucial for a territory because they ensure the circulation of human and material resources. Most of them, daily borrowed by several thousand users, are important economic vectors. It is therefore obvious that the control of the condition of these structures is essential to ensure their sustainability and to avoid incidents as much as possible, even accidents. The devices used to monitor the condition of a structure are intended to identify any disorders presented by this structure, to characterize them and to follow their evolution over time, so as to intervene at the appropriate time. before the work reaches a critical state. Such known devices are for example described and illustrated in JP-A-2005 090072, JP-A-2006 002417, JP-A-2008 020426, US-A20 2010/049367 and US 6 507 163. It is also known, by EP 2 506 073 in the name of the Applicant, a trolley for monitoring the state of a structure comprising in particular a frame adapted to be positioned and moved on the structure and a mobile monitoring arm associated with this frame with, at its free end, a camera or the like. The cart is moved along the work of art to examine it in its entirety. In the case of a bridge or the like, it is often necessary for the carriage to move along the parapet so that, with its monitoring arm, it can examine the condition of, for example, the underside of the apron, the batteries, etc. ... In the case of a railway bridge or the like, it is often impossible to stop the movement of trains or the like to carry out this surveillance. Relatively narrow chassis of carriages are then made which are able to move on the track located between the parapet and the railroad track. This raises the problem of guiding this trolley on such narrow paths, especially since, in certain cases, it is forbidden for obvious safety reasons to provide a human driver on board the trolley. The truck must then be designed to be able to move alone, without a technician on board, following as closely as possible the parapet of the bridge or the like not to encroach on the traffic lanes, but it is still necessary to provide the possibility that this carriage can have on board such a technician. Also, is the present invention intended to provide a habitable trolley, that is to say that can be operated with or without a technician on board, for monitoring the condition of a bridge structure? or the like, which further has a simplest possible structure while permitting its use in these two cases. More specifically, the subject of the present invention is a habitable trolley used for monitoring the state of a structure, said trolley being able to move in a direction of movement defining on the trolley a front and a rear, said carriage comprising at least: - a frame, a cabin housing mounted in cooperation with said frame, this cabin housing, adapted to receive at least one person, being delimited by a floor and side walls, the rear side wall forming with the direction of displacement an angle Aap, and 25 - a superstructure surmontant said cabin, characterized in that said superstructure comprises at least: a front face wall, means for mounting in rotation a first edge of said front face wall on an upper edge of the cabin about an axis called "first axis" located substantially in front of said cabin and substantially orthogonal to said direction moves said front wall wall having a height Hfa at least equal to the length Lca of said cabin taken in said direction of displacement between the trailing extreme edge of the car and said first axis, and a roof wall secured to the second edge of the car. said front wall wall opposite its first edge, the planes of the front wall wall and the roof wall forming between them an angle Bta whose value is at least equal to the value of the angle Aap. Other characteristics and advantages of the present invention will appear in the course of the following description given with reference to the accompanying drawings for illustrative but not limiting purposes, in which: FIGS. 1 and 2 are two schematic views of one embodiment of the trolley according to the invention, these two views representing the carriage respectively in two configurations that it is able to take depending on the use cases, namely: for Figure 1, use with a person on board; for Figure 2, a use without people on board, stating that some of the elements shown in Figure 1 have not been included in this Figure 2, for the sole purpose of simplifying the drawings while highlighting the well. FIG. 3 is a perspective view illustrating an industrial embodiment of the carriage according to the invention in accordance with the schematic representation according to FIG. 1. It is first of all specified that, in the figures, the same references designate the same elements, whatever the figure on which they appear and whatever the form of representation of these elements. Similarly, if elements are not specifically referenced in one of the figures, their references can be easily found by referring to another figure. It is also stated that the figures represent a single embodiment of the object according to the invention, but that there may be others that meet the definition of this invention.
It is furthermore specified that, when, according to the definition of the invention, the object of the invention comprises "at least one" element having a given function, the embodiment described may comprise several of these elements. Conversely, if the embodiment of the object according to the invention as illustrated has several elements of identical function and if, in the description, it is not specified that the object according to this invention must obligatorily comprise a number particular of these elements, the object of the invention may be defined as comprising "at least one" of these elements. Lastly, it is specified that when, in the present description, an expression defines, by itself, without a specific particular mention concerning it, a set of structural characteristics, these characteristics may be taken, for the definition of the object of the protection requested, when technically possible, either separately, or in full and / or partial combination. Finally, it is specified that, in the present description, if the adverb "substantially" is associated with a qualifier of a given means, this qualifier must be understood in the strict sense or approached.
It is recalled that by "works of art" it is understood, within the meaning of the present description, architectural units allowing to cross any obstacle whatever, valley, river, mount, railroad, road ..., or to modify the course of the elements, for example bridges, dams, dikes, etc.
In addition, by "carriage", always within the meaning of the present description, it is meant any type of vehicle able to move on a floor with or without its own motor means, to transport or not at least one person, and / or to load loads of all types, equipment, instruments, meters, recorders, etc. in order to realize and carry out the supervision of the structures. The present invention relates to a habitable trolley able to move in a direction of displacement Dd defining on this trolley "a front" and "a rear", as for all vehicles able to move. With reference to the three figures, the carriage comprises in particular a chassis 10, a cabin housing 20 mounted in cooperation with the chassis, this cabin housing adapted to receive at least one person being delimited by a floor 21 and the side walls 22, 23, 24, ..., the rear side wall 22 making with the direction of displacement Dd an angle Aap, and a superstructure 30 over the cabin 20, this superstructure having the essential purpose of protecting the person present in the cabin. The height of the side walls of the cabin is defined to arrive for example at mid-size of an adult able to drive such a truck.
According to the invention, the superstructure comprises at least one front face wall 31, means 32 for rotating a first edge 33 of this front face wall on an upper edge 34 of the cabin 20 about an axis 35 said "first axis" located substantially in front of the cabin and substantially orthogonal to the direction of displacement Dd.
This front face wall 31 has a height Hfa at least equal to the length Lca of the cab 20 taken, in this direction of displacement Dd, between the rear end edge 36 of the car and the first axis 35. The superstructure further comprises a roof wall 37 integral with the second edge 38 of the front face wall 31 opposite its first edge 33, the planes of the front face wall 31 and the roof wall 37 forming between them a Bta angle whose value is at least equal to the value of the angle Aap. Preferably, the carriage further comprises at least one upright 40, means for connecting in rotation the two ends 41, 42 of this upright respectively at a rear point of the roof wall 37 and rearward point of the cabin 20, respectively about two axes 43, 44 respectively called "second axis" and "third axis", parallel to each other and to the first axis 35, the length of this amount being substantially equal to the length Lpt of the roof wall 37, in fact generally slightly lower as shown in the figures and more particularly in Figure 2, in order to obtain the result specified below. Even more preferably, the carriage further comprises means 50 for pivoting the front face wall 31 between two positions, namely a first position, FIGS. 1 and 3, in which the plane of the front face wall 31 makes a non-zero angle with respect to the direction of displacement Dd, optionally and advantageously a right angle, and a second position, Figure 2, wherein the plane of the front face 31 is substantially parallel to the same direction of travel. According to an advantageous embodiment, the means 50 for pivoting the front face wall 31 between these two positions are constituted by at least one controllable jack 51, such as a hydraulic cylinder, electric, etc. of known type in itself, comprising a cylinder 52 and a cylinder rod 53, the cylinder rod being slidably mounted in the cylinder, for example by means of a piston if the cylinder is of the hydraulic type, means for mounting the emergent end 54 of the rotary jack rod on one of the following elements: the front face wall 31, the cabin 20, and means for mounting the rotary cylinder 52 at one of its points 54, in principle its free end, the one opposite to its end from which emerges the cylinder rod, on the other of these two elements. In addition, for safety the carriage advantageously comprises lockable-unlockable means 60 for blocking the front face wall 31 in its first position and to unlock it according to the desires of the technicians. The lockable-unlockable means 60 may be constituted in different ways. But preferably because of the simplicity of embodiment, they are constituted by a cam 61 mounted in cooperation with a point of the cabin by means of a controllable coupling system 62, of any known type, and either the wall of front face 31, the roof wall 37 as illustrated in Figure 1. As these two walls are secured to one another at the angle Bta, it is strictly equivalent that the cam 61 is fixed to the one or the other. It is furthermore advantageous if the front face wall 31 comprises a transparent window 70, namely a cutout possibly closed by a "window" made of any transparent material: glass, plastic or the like.
As for the means 32 for rotating a first edge 33 of the front face wall 31, they are advantageously constituted by a tab 72, one end of which is solid with the front face wall 31 while making a non-zero angle with respect thereto. Pat and whose other end has a rotational bearing 74 pivoting about the first axis 35, the width of this tab being in fact determined, as illustrated in the figures, to allow a possible offset of the front face wall 31 when it is in its second position, figure 2.
As illustrated in the figures, it is quite preferable, for reasons of industrial realization, that the angles Aap, Bta and Pat have values substantially equal to ninety degrees. The carriage according to the invention is used and operates as described hereinafter with reference to FIGS. 1 (3) and 2.
In the case where the carriage is to be used with a person on board, technician or the like, it takes a configuration like that illustrated in Figures 1 and 3. The technician Tch, stylized in Figure 1, can stand, or possibly seated, in the cabin 20 and can therefore observe and control for example the advance of the carriage on the bridge structure or the like, as well as the monitoring operations, directly from this cabin 20. In the case where the carriage is to be used without any person on board, technician or the like, it takes a configuration like that illustrated in Figure 2. This case may arise when, during its movement, the carriage arrives in an area where, for various reasons , security or other, it is forbidden for the technician to stay on board. The latter then descends from the cabin, for example via a door made in one of the side walls, preferably at the rear.
Then, it unlocks the hooking system 62 of the cam 61 and controls, for example by remote control, the jack 51 so that, according to the representation of Figure 1, its length is shortened, its point 55 remaining fixed relative to the The shortening of the cylinder causes the pivoting of the front face wall 31 about the axis 35, in the sense of the direction of the representation of FIGS. 1 and 2, until it reaches a horizontal position. folded lying on the top of the cabin 20, Figure 2. The roof wall 37 undergoes the same rotation until, due to the common value of angles Bta, Aap and respective lengths Hfa, Lpt and Lca, it is positioned vertically, along and close to the rear wall 22 of the cabin, having caused rotation about the axis 44 relative to the cabin 20 and about the axis 43 relative to the roof wall 37 , the amount 40 that will be positioned between the roof wall 37 and the rear side wall 22, as shown in Figure 2. In this configuration, Figure 2, the superstructure 30 is completely retracted. It does not interfere with the view of the technician who can easily drive from a distance, the carriage and monitoring operations, 10 for example by remote control or wire-guide. To return the carriage to its configuration according to Figure 1, it suffices for the technician to control the cylinder 51 in the direction of its elongation, then to hang the cam 61 for safety reasons.
