Abstract
The invention relates to a material for producing insulating coatings (thermal and acoustic) thin on any support. Its composition is reduced to bio-sourced materials. The application of this product can be done mechanically or manually. This material according to the invention is intended for professionals and individuals and can be manufactured and distributed on an industrial scale.
Description
The present invention relates to a product for use as an interior and exterior facing coating providing thermal and acoustic improvement. Existing coatings have traditionally only a finishing function of the walls to which they are applied. Most have no thermal or acoustic enhancement function. On the other hand, they require a lot of gray energy for their manufacturing process. None are composed solely of bio-sourced materials. Their implementation requires a thick layer application, not always adapted to the support. The product according to the invention makes it possible to respond to one of these problems by using bio-sourced materials that do not require new transformations with respect to the raw raw material itself which consumes little gray energy. It consists in fact in its almost all fibril, resulting from the transformation of hemp, its fiber being used as thermal insulation. This fibril being in fact the residues of the transformation of this hemp, unused because of the size of the fibers of these remains. This size becomes an asset in the invented process. This coating is in ready-to-use material in its specific packaging. To obtain this finished product, a binder is incorporated into the fibril and then an antibacterial treatment adjuvant. The binder consists solely of cellulosic glue with water. The attached photos illustrate the invention: The photo 1 shows the fibril in bulk before preparation of the coating. Photo 2 shows the coating finished and applied on its support. Thanks to the development of a ready-to-use product the application of the invention by the users is simplified. By mechanical or manual projection, it is possible to apply the desired thickness, even in low layer, on any support. This product according to the invention can be intended for professionals, applicators or distributors, or individuals because of its simplicity of use and can be manufactured and distributed on an industrial scale.
