L'invention se compose principalement de deux pièces (1,2). La pièce (2) en forme de U reçoit en fond une tige rachidienne pinçant un lien ou lacet passant par deux trous (8,9) situés à sa base, le tout chapeauté par un clip (1) s'introduisant dans la partie supérieure du U munie de deux fentes inversées (5,6) et bloquant la tige rachidienne sur une simple rotation dudit clip cylindrique (1) muni de part et d'autre de deux ergots (3,4).The invention consists mainly of two pieces (1,2). Description

La présente invention a pour objet le blocage d'un lacet ou lien servant à la réduction des déformations rachidiennes. On connaît différents systèmes de blocage où le lien ou le lacet doit passer sous une lame vertébrale et, celle-ci ramenée vers la tige 5 rachidienne rigide réduit ainsi l'angulation de la déformation. Lorsque le lien ou le lacet est à son maximum de son rendement il s'agit de bloquer ce lacet ou lien sur la tige rachidienne. Pour ce faire, ce lacet ou lien traverse la pièce en U de part et d'autre par deux fentes usinées à sa base. La tige rachidienne vient comprimer 10 ce lacet ou lien dans le fond de la pièce en U en terminant son action par une compression de l'ensemble du bloqueur. Les systèmes actuels sont basés uniquement sur un système d'étau actionné par une vis latérale dont pour l'un une vis latérale actionnant comme une pince sur l'ensemble lacet-tige et, pour 15 l'autre une vis lisse dans sa partie conique, celle-ci venant pousser la tige rachidienne afin de bloquer l'ensemble tige-lacet. L'installation d'un système vissant quel qu'il soit a toujours l'inconvénient d'un éventuel dévissage uniquement occasionné par les vibrations et principalement constaté dans les implantations 20 vertébrales. Le présent système supprime cet inconvénient. La mise en place et la tension du lien ou lacet reste traditionnelle mais l'efficacité du blocage ne peut être altérée par les vibrations. En effet lorsque la tension de redressement de la colonne vertébrale est à son maximum, le blocage de la pièce en U est indispensable, 25 avec en fond le lien ou lacet surchappé par la tige rachidienne qui, celle-ci, est bloquée et comprimée par un clip dont la mise en place se fait par une simple rotation en utilisant un dispositif ancillaire de mise en place qui a pour but de saisir le clip et ainsi achever son installation. 3 0 1 903 0 2 - La figure 1 représente la pièce en U de profil traversée par la tige rachidienne. - La figure 2 représente en coupe le clip et ses deux ergots. - La figure 3 représente en coupe la pièce en U avec la tige 5 rachidienne au fond. - La figure 4 représente le clip vu du dessus avec deux ergots et deux trous adaptés à l'ancillaire. - La figure 5 représente le bloqueur vu de dessus avec son clip. - La figure 6 représente le bloqueur avec le montage complet, lacet 10 ou lien comprimé par la tige rachidienne et bloqué par le clip, en tension avec la lame vertébrale ramenant celle-ci vers la dite tige. En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif complet selon l'invention est composé de deux pièces qui, associées, font un blocage du lien ou lacet entre le fond de la pièce en U et la tige rachidienne. 15 - La figure 1 représente de profil la pièce en U (2) traversée par la tige rachidienne (7) en attente de lacet ou lien (14) traversant la pièce en U de façon perpendiculaire par les trous (8,9) usinés de part et d'autre afin de se positionner dans le fond de la dite pièce en U avant d'introduire le clip (1) à l'entrée des deux fentes supérieures (5,6) symétriques par rapport à un point 20 et possédant, dans leur partie supérieure, deux encoches (10,11) dont l'une met le clip (1) en position d'attente et la suivante en clippage définitif par un effet de rotation. - La figure 2 représente le clip (1) en coupe, laissant apparaître de part et d'autre deux ergots (3,4) destinés à s'introduire dans les fentes (5,6) 25 de la partie supérieure du U et, après rotation, de bloquer la tige rachidienne de par son appui (18) dans le fond de la pièce en U pinçant ainsi le lacet ou lien (14). - La figure 3 représente en coupe la pièce en U (2) avec la tige rachidienne (7) au fond ainsi que les deux trous (8,9) usinés de part et d'autre 30 laissant le lien ou lacet (14) circuler entre la tige rachidienne et le fond du U avant le blocage définitif. - La figure 4 représente le clip (1) vu du dessus doté de ses deux ergots (3,4) sur sa périphérie ainsi que de deux trous (12,13) dans lesquels viendra s'installer un ancillaire de mise en place afin de provoquer une rotation pour un clippage définitif. - La figure 5 représente la pièce en U (2) vue du dessus traversée par un tige rachidienne (7) bloquée par le clip (1) dont les deux ergots ont été positionnés dans les fentes supérieures (5,6) par un instrument ancillaire adapté aux deux trous (12,13) se trouvant à la surface du clip (1). - La figure 6 représente l'ensemble du montage après l'opération. La 10 pièce en U (2) est en coupe avec en partie supérieure le clip (1) avec son appui (18) sur la tige rachidienne (7) pinçant dans le fond du U le lacet ou lien (14) circulant avant blocage définitif par les deux trous (8,9) usinés de part et d'autre de la partie inférieure du U (2). Les ergots (3,4) étant en place dans les deux fentes (5,6) de la partie supérieure du U (2). Le lien ou lacet (14) fait, 15 d'un côté, une boucle afin de passer en dessous d'une lame vertébrale (16) prenant appui sur la vertèbre (15). L'autre côté (17) du lien ou lacet (14) permet de tirer le dit lien ou lacet afin de réduire l'angulation de la déformation de la colonne vertébrale (15) selon l'appréciation du chirurgien et de bloquer l'ensemble du système en utilisant un ancillaire de mise en place 20 adapté aux deux trous (12,13) situés en surface du clip.The present invention relates to the blocking of a lace or link serving to reduce spinal deformities.
