Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to the addition of a folder for a pilot on a scooter equipped with a hard roof covering the driver and the passenger.
There already exists in the state of the art a folder for scooter driver with rigid roof covering only the driver, the passenger being relegated to the outside of the roof structure, or the passenger seat being used by a high chest .
I ».The device according to the invention, in a scooter architecture with a rigid roof covering the driver and the passenger, allows the addition of a backrest to increase comfort by supporting the back of the driver and giving him a healthier seat and more reassuring, thus limiting the health problems of back pain. The technical solution implemented to benefit from a pilot file is to create a vertical structure between the horizontal tubular structure of the rigid roof and the horizontal tubular structure 20 of the original scooter. Four mounting options are presented: 1. A pendulum structure similar to the letter "U" connected to the horizontal structure of the rigid roof and balanced by a 90 ° back plate that counterforce 25 the pressure of the back of the pilot on the rear part of the structure of the rigid roof, the backrest making the connection between these two elements, all without compromising the integrity of the original scooter, so without touching the low structure of the scooter and without piercing the bodywork 30 (or saddle) to reach the frame of the scooter. This structure is attached at two points (1) (2) to the horizontal structure of the roof and at a central point (3) by the lug (6) of the steel backplate (4) of the foam backrest. polyurethane (5), which is connected by a spring hinge (7) to a support plate (8) connected to the rear structure support of the roof (9), with a safety lock by a tightening nut. quick (10) accessible in the trunk of the scooter. 2. A fixed tubular structure similar to the letter "H" connecting the horizontal structure of the rigid roof to the horizontal structure of the original scooter frame, piercing the body on each side to reach the tubular structure, the horizontal bar the "H" used to attach the file. This structure is attached at two points (11) (12) to the horizontal structure of the roof and at two points (13) (14) on the tubular structure of the original scooter, crossing the body, on both sides of the saddle, the backrest is attached to the horizontal bar of the "H" mobile pivot (15) and backed by the two vertical bars against the two projecting sides of the backrest (16) (17). 3. A fixed tubular structure of a shape close to the letter "Y" connecting the horizontal structure of the rigid roof to the center of the saddle, resting on or passing through it to reach the internal structure of the original scooter, the central point of the "Y" used to attach the file. This structure is attached at two points (18) (19) to the horizontal structure of the roof and at a single point (20) on the seat of the original scooter, crossing it to reach the internal structure of the original scooter or the covering or encircling it to ensure the stability of the device, the file (21) is attached to the central part of the "Y". 4. A fixed tubular structure of a shape close to the letter "I" connecting the horizontal structure of the rigid roof to the center of the saddle, resting on or passing through it to reach the internal structure of the original scooter, the central point of the "I" used to attach the file. This structure is attached in a single point (22) to the horizontal structure of the rigid roof and in one point (23) on the seat of the original scooter, crossing it to reach the internal structure of the original scooter or covering it or encircling it to ensure the stability of the device, the file (24) is attached to a part of the height of the "I".
