Abstract

The present invention relates to a casing (1) for an electronic device, including at least a front portion (2) and a rear portion (3) that are assembled together and define an inner space (4) capable of receiving functional components of the device, said functional components including at least one screen (5, 6) that is visible from outside the casing through a window (7) formed in the front portion. The front portion includes a frame (8) and a sheet (9) that is attached to the frame and placed on the outside of the casing, said sheet covering a portion of the screen so as to form a frame for said window. The casing (1) further includes a rear support means (10) arranged so as to attach the screen (5, 6) to the frame (9) on the inner space (4) side so as to be immobile, relative to the frame, in two opposite directions (12, 13) of an axis (14) that is perpendicular to the plane of the screen (5, 6).
