Abstract

Device serving as an adjustable manikin to be placed in the openings of prefabricated elements to be filled with concrete. Unlike existing solutions that can not be reused, the invention comprises an adjustable system formed of two half-frames (1) and (2) separated by a central device consisting of threaded rods (8) and a handle (9). which allows the two half-frames to slide into each other in a sufficient stroke so that the half-frames bear against the edges of the opening when they are apart and that the invention can be removed from opening after setting concrete when the two half-frames are tightened against each other. The invention can then be reused. Before the implementation of the concrete, the vacuum remaining in the corner at the junction of the two half-frames is closed by a foam seal implemented by the user. The half frames are equipped with reinforcing tubes (3) (4) (5) (6) and (7) essential to prevent their deformation under the pressure of the concrete. The device according to the invention is particularly intended to stop the concrete on the edges of an opening in a prefabricated element composed of two concrete partitions separated by a vacuum and to be filled.

Description

-1- The invention relates to a dummy adapted to serve as formwork at the openings of the prefabricated elements as described in the document FR2936538 and thus be able to fill the concrete elements between the inner facing and the outer facing respecting the dimensions openings. The application of this invention is directed to any type of prefabricated concrete double-skin elements having a gap between the two. It is known in the field of the building to use such manikins insofar as the dimensions of the openings provided in these prefabricated elements must be respected once the filling is completed. There are known mannequins that are made of wood, implemented by the prefabricator in the factory when making these interior and exterior siding. In this case, these wooden frames are the width of the prefabricated element and must be removed after implementation of the concrete and can not be reused. Such frames are easy to handle, difficult to remove after concreting and generate a large volume of waste on site. There are also known fibrobeton framing openings, also implemented by the factory prefabricator. The widths of the strips used are those of the prefabricated element so as to cover the thicknesses of the two inner and outer facings. The fibrobeton frame is permanent and remains in the element after concrete filling. This solution often requires reinforcement of the fiberglass frame for large opening dimensions. The two solutions present on the market are therefore difficult to use solutions and without re-use of the frame which makes them relatively expensive. It is these drawbacks that the invention intends to remedy more particularly by proposing an easily manipulable manikin, reusable several times for the same opening dimension, adaptable to all types of openings, ensuring a reliable and precise maintenance as well as a pressure resistance of the concrete. For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a reinforced dummy serving as a frame for sealing the field of an opening made in prefabricated elements consisting of an inner wall -2- and an outer wall separated by a vacuum, characterized in that it comprises two half-frames separated by the diagonal of the frame, and sliding one into the other in a path guided by a central device comprising a manually operable threaded rod.
This makes it possible to precisely adapt the dimension of the manikin to the dimension of the prefabricated opening. Compressible joints are arranged at the spacing zones of the half-frames and provide sealing during the pouring of the concrete. Legs are fixed on each side of the frame and come in 50 supports on the prefabricated part of the element to prevent any accidental exit of the manikin. The central device set in the closed position allows the implementation of the manikin in the prefabricated opening without forcing. The handle is then manipulated to separate the half-frames and position them in abutment against the fields of the inner and outer walls delimiting the prefabricated opening. A foam seal may be interposed between the manikin and the walls edges if they have irregularities. The prefabricated element can thus be filled, the adjustable dummy serving as a stop of concreting around the perimeter of the opening. When the concrete has made its grip, the dummy can be easily removed from the opening by manipulating the central handle so as to bring the two half-frames closer together. The manikin can thus be reused several times for 65 openings of the same dimensions. The present invention will be described in detail with the aid of the following figures. Figure 1 describes all the components of the invention. The manikin is shown in the open position.
Figure 2 shows the arrangement of the manikin (1) or (2) vis-à-vis the two concrete facings (13) components prefabricated element and the position of the tab (12) fixed on the frame of the manikin. Figure 3 is a perspective view of the manikin in the closed position 75 placed in the opening for it. Figure 4 is a zoom of Figure 3 showing the clearance between the prefabricated opening and the manikin when it is in the closed position. According to advantageous but not obligatory aspects of the invention, the manikin incorporates the following features: Upper half-frames (1) and lower half-frames (2) are made of a light and easy-to-machine material so as to form into shapes. bevels at the ends of the half-frames and to be manufactured at 90 cases per case for any opening dimension. The width of these half-frames is calculated so that the vacuum between the two walls of the prefabricated element is completely covered (fig2). The positioning of the dummy in width is guided by the tabs (12) fixed on each side of the manikin. Preferably, the manikin will focus on the total width of the prefabricated element. Reinforcing tubes (3) (4) connect the two perpendicular portions of the half-frames. Tubes (5) and (7) perpendicular to the tubes (3) and (4) reinforce the structure of the manikin to withstand the pressure exerted by the concrete at the time of casting. Preferably, the tubes (7) will be positioned as an extension of the central tensioner (8). Preferably, the central tensioner is composed of two butt welded threaded rods end-to-end (8), and a symmetrical handle 105 easily accessible and manipulable (9). The threaded rods are screwed on either side of the diagonal of the frame, in nuts (11) made integral with the tubes (3). The threaded rods pass through the tube (3) and the tubes (6) slide on the tubes (10). This allows a sufficient stroke 110 to be able to tighten or spread the two half-frames a few centimeters.

CLAIMS1) Reinforced mannequin, adjustable, serving as concreting stop in the frame of an opening made in a prefabricated element composed of two concretes separated by a vacuum, characterized in that it comprises two half-frames (1) and (2) sliding one into the other in the central part by means of nested tubes (6) and (10), the race being guided by a central device comprising two welded threaded rods which can be operated manually.
    2) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the two half-frames (1) and (2) are beveled at their ends and that their size allows an opening of a few centimeters when positioned in the opening of the prefabricated element.
    3) Device according to claim 1 and 2 characterized in that reinforcing tubes (3) and (4) are positioned parallel to the diagonal of the frame and made integral therewith and that tubes (5) and (7) ) are oriented perpendicular to the tubes (3) and (4) and made integral therewith.
