Abstract
Description
Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention : La figure Ireprésente en coupe , le dispositif de l'invention .The present invention relates to a device for emptying the air confined in an electronically or turbo-compressed injection-engine to reduce mechanical losses. A thermal engine, when it operates, emits heat energy and mechanical energy thanks to the various mechanical parts that constitute it such as pistons, connecting rods, crankshaft, camshafts, pushers, etc. The air contained in the internal parts of the engine generates friction in contact with moving mechanical parts, these friction are characterized by mechanical losses. These mechanical losses are defined by various physical parameters such as its speed, the coefficient of friction of the air (0.5 to 0.8), the pressure exerted on the mechanical part and the surface exposed to the air. However the vibration of the mechanical parts emits sounds. These sounds are propagated by the elasticity of the air in the form of a longitudinal wave. The device according to the invention overcomes this disadvantage. It comprises indeed a plug with a valve "tubeless" valve countersunk. These assembled elements are inserted into the orifice of the cylinder head cover. An electric pump equipped with its hose and a standard nozzle for automobile "tubeless" valve is brought into contact with the "tubeless" valve with countersunk head to extract the confined air of the engine. The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: Figure I shows in section, the device of the invention.
With reference to these drawings, the device comprises a cap (1) of the cylinder head cover, one of whose faces comprises an orifice (2) having a shape corresponding to that of the "tubeless" countersunk valve (3). The "tubeless" countersunk valve (3) is a non-return valve used on automobile tire wheels for inserting or letting out compressed air, this element is press-fitted and held in contact with the tire. the orifice (2). The plug (1) of the cylinder head cover with its countersunk "tubeless" valve (3) is inserted into the orifice (4a) of the cylinder head cover (4) of the electronic injection engine (5). The electric pump (6) provided with its pipe (6b) and its standard nozzle (6c) for "tubeless" valve is placed in contact with the "tubeless" valve with countersunk head (3) evacuating the air (5a) confined in the thermal motor (5) with electronic injection. The device according to the invention is particularly intended to evacuate the air contained in an electronic or turbo-compressed injection engine.
