Abstract

The main object of the invention is a support structure of solar panels for a building roof having a frame comprising at least horizontal failures either metal or wood, whose section has a shape determined on its upper part. According to the invention, the support structure comprises, inter alia: module support rails mounted fixed on the purlins by means of hooks, perpendicularly to the latter and on which the solar panels and the accessories thereof are fixed, rigid underlays that attach to the module support rails, the shape of which is complementary to the underlays and allows the fixing of the latter. The underlays are dependent on the support rails of photovoltaic modules in their holding in position.

Description

The invention relates to the field of homes and buildings and, more particularly buildings to receive photovoltaic solar panels on their roof. The invention applies in particular to monocrystalline, polycrystalline and amorphous photovoltaic solar panels of the SOLRIF® fixing type.
Prior art and problem posed, it has already been envisaged to install solar panels on the roofs of buildings, such as sheds, industrial buildings or homes whose roof structure consists of, inter alia, metal profiles or timber frame. , that is to say, the breakdowns of the frame to support the roof or photovoltaic installation are metal or wood.
In this case, it is customary to remove the functional components of the roof that provide the closed and covered building, that is to say, the tiles, slates or sheets constituting the actual protection of the building, and to leave only the supporting structure of these covering elements. We are therefore in the presence of a frame, metal or wood. Anyway, it is necessary to use an intermediate structure carrier between the existing framework or framework and the solar panels which, besides their function of supply of energy by the photovoltaic effect, will ensure the function of covering and sealing on at least part of the roof. Generally, this intermediate structure consists of wooden elements, batten type or chevron. These elements are fixed directly on the metal structure or the wooden purlins and they must be given a shape adapted to the basic surface of the solar panels or elements that will support them directly. These wooden elements of the latte or chevron type can receive a protective film against dust or condensation water. This film, also called under-roof screen, is generally soft and opaque. However, these intermediate wooden structure elements are relatively heavy, which can create problems of overall imbalance of the framework. In addition, under-roofing screens are often opaque and damageable. They are generally not suitable for sensitive environments such as corrosive atmospheres and / or saline atmospheres. Finally, the installation time of these types of wooden elements is relatively long and is therefore expensive. The object of the invention is therefore to remedy these drawbacks by proposing another type of fastening solar panels type SOLRIF® on the frame of a roof of an industrial or residential building, equipped with metal profiles or purlins. wood. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION For this purpose, the main object of the invention is a solar panel support structure for a building roof having a framework comprising at least horizontal (1) or metallic purlins, or wood, whose section has a definite shape on its upper part. According to the invention, the support structure comprises, inter alia: - module support rails (2) mounted fixed on the purlins by means of hooks, toads (3) or screws (4), perpendicular to these the last and on which are fixed the solar panels (8) and the accessories thereof, the hooks being fixed by screwing on the upper part of a module support rail (2) maintaining them and overlapping or two solar panels (8) adjacent and / or superimposed, either a solar panel (8) or a solar panel and a side plate; - Rigid underlays (5) which are fixed on the module support rails (2) whose shape is complementary to the underlays (5) and allows the fixing of the latter, each support rail of modules (2) having a groove (25), longitudinal and open upwardly with an outer edge (24) higher than an inner edge (26) and a downwardly-directed lug (27), so as to receive underlays (5) mounted mounted on the module support rails and solar panels (8) on the bearing surface (29C). The underlays (5) are dependent on the support rails of photovoltaic modules (2) in their holding in position. These underlays (5) are rigid and transparent or translucent, or opaque, compact or semi-compact, and / or honeycomb. These underlays (5) are either plastic materials or composite materials as long as they are rigid. In the implementation for the intended application, the profiles that receive the holding hooks (6) of photovoltaic panels type SOLRIF® (8) are aluminum or pultruded polyester. They are attached to the constituent elements of the frame thanks to hooks (6). The sub-roofing screens (5) complementary to the support profiles of the photovoltaic panels are made of polyester, polycarbonate or PLEXIGLAS® or other material as long as they are rigid, thus ensuring the protection of the house against the condensate waters formed under the panels and the protection of the panels against dust and corrosive atmospheres.
