Abstract

The device has an Archimedes screw (3) coaxially arranged with a cylindrical hollow body/sleeve (1) i.e. hollow brush, where the hollow body/sleeve is provided with outlet openings (4) for discharging toothpaste. An annular shoulder (6) is located at a periphery of the screw for maintaining the screw in hollow body/sleeve, where the annular shoulder is fixed in an annular hollow space (5) for preventing withdrawal of the screw. A blind hole (7) is formed in a base of the hollow body/sleeve so as to prevent an offset of the screw and permit better centering of the screw.

Description

L'invention consiste en un dispositif permettant de se brosser les dents avec une brosse S contenant du dentifrice à l'intérieur du manche. Les précédentes brosses avec dentifrice intégré ne permettaient qu'un petit nombre de brossage et étaient coûteuses car complexes à fabriquer. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique un manche creux (donc moins de matière plastique) sur toute À o sa longueur qui permet de contenir une grande quantité de dentifrice. De plus l'utilisation d'une vis d'Archimède permet d'obtenir du dentifrice par un mouvement de rotation au lieu de pression ce qui évite des gaspillages. D'autre part la fabrication ne nécessite que du plastique (pas de ressort, métal...). Selon des modes particuliers de réalisation : 4S - le manche sera de forme cylindrique à l'intérieur mais devra avoir une forme extérieure adaptée à la main. - des trous dans la base de la brosse permettront au dentifrice de sortir, leur nombre, leur forme et leur disposition étant à définir avec le partenaire industriel. - la vis d'Archimède dans le corps creux et coaxiale à ce dernier permet par sa rotation de faire c. U avancer le dentifrice vers la brosse et de sortir par les trous - un ensemble d'ailettes dont le nombre, la forme et l'espacement est à définir - un système permettra à la vis après clippage dans le corps de ne plus en sortir. On the other hand the manufacture requires only plastic (no spring, metal ...). According to particular embodiments: 4S - the handle will be cylindrical inside but must have an external shape adapted to the hand. - holes in the base of the brush will allow the toothpaste out, their number, shape and disposition to be defined with the industrial partner. - The Archimedes screw in the hollow body and coaxial to the latter allows its rotation to do c. U advance the toothpaste to the brush and exit through the holes - a set of fins whose number, shape and spacing is to be defined - a system will allow the screw after clipping into the body to no longer get out.

En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif comporte un manche creux (1) servant de réservoir au dentifrice présentant d'un côté un orifice (2) permettant d'insérer la vis d'Archimède (3) et de l'autre côté de trous (4) dans la brosse d'où sort le dentifrice. Le manche présente un 3 o creux annulaire (5) où l'épaulement annulaire de la vis (6) se clippe à l'insertion de la vis dans le manche, de l'autre côté un trou borgne (7) permet le bon maintien de la vis dans le manche. La vis présente un petit dépassement (8) pour rentrer dans le trou borgne et de l'autre côté une excroissance (9) épousant la forme des doigts permettant de tourner la vis. Cette dernière excroissance peut aussi permettre au maintien en position verticale de la brosse une fois celle-ci 3 ç posée. La brosse a donc, afin de contenir suffisamment de dentifrice, un diamètre conséquent mais restera fine (10) sur 7 à 8 cm en bout de brosse afin de ne pas causer de gêne pour l'usager.
