Abstract
Description
L'invention concerne un dispositif de protection thermique d'organes périphériques d'un moteur à explosion équipé d'un turbocompresseur, ce dispositif comprenant un écran thermique disposé localement autour du bloc turbine renfermant la turbine du turbocompresseur. Il existe un besoin de protection thermique de la zone du turbocompresseur, et en particulier du bloc renfermant la turbine de celui-ci. Ce besoin n'est pas satisfait de manière appropriée 10 actuellement. En particulier, les solutions proposées sont plus particulièrement orientées vers des propositions où le montage de l'écran thermique est réalisé chez le constructeur automobile, après que celui-ci ait reçu le 15 moteur équipé du turbocompresseur. Un but de l'invention est de prévoir une solution orientée vers le cas d'un montage de l'écran thermique chez le fournisseur du turbocompresseur. D'autres buts visent à favoriser une monte rapide, une ergonomie et/ou 20 un moindre coût de revient de la solution. Pour atteindre tout ou partie de ces buts, il est proposé que l'écran thermique présente, pour sa fixation, des orifices à travers lesquels passent des moyens (de préférence des vis) de fixation reliant le bloc turbine 25 et le carter central qui entoure la zone où passe l'arbre de liaison entre la turbine et un compresseur associé et qui est interposé entre le bloc turbine et le bloc compresseur renfermant ledit compresseur. D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de 30 l'invention apparaitront encore de la description complémentaire qui suit, faite en référence aux dessins annexés dans lesquels : - les figures 1 et 2 montrent deux vues en perspectives d'un ensemble turbocompresseur, - et la figure 3 montre de façon isolée, le seul écran thermique, dans une solution conforme à l'invention. Aux figures 1,2, on a représenté, dans un état monté, un dispositif 1 de protection thermique d'organes périphériques d'un moteur à combustion interne 3 équipé d'un turbocompresseur 5. Other aims are to promote rapid rise, ergonomics and / or lower cost of the solution. To achieve all or part of these goals, it is proposed that the heat shield has, for its attachment, orifices through which pass means (preferably screws) fixing connecting the turbine block 25 and the central casing that surrounds the zone where the connecting shaft passes between the turbine and an associated compressor and which is interposed between the turbine unit and the compressor block enclosing said compressor. Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent from the following additional description, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIGS. 1 and 2 show two perspective views of a turbocharger assembly, and FIG. 3 shows in isolation, the only heat shield, in a solution according to the invention. In FIG. 1, there is shown, in a mounted state, a device 1 for thermal protection of peripheral members of an internal combustion engine 3 equipped with a turbocharger 5.
Le dispositif 1 comprend un écran thermique 7 disposé localement autour du bloc turbine 9 renfermant la turbine du turbocompresseur (non visible ; repère caché 90). L'écran thermique 7 est de préférence métallique et protège thermiquement vis-à-vis de la chaleur dégagée par le turbocompresseur, et en particulier par le bloc turbine 9. Cet écran thermique présente, pour sa fixation, des orifices 11 à travers lesquels passent (des moyens de fixation tels que) des vis 13. Ces moyens de fixation relient le bloc turbine 9 et le carter central 14 qui entoure la zone 15 où passe l'arbre (non visible; repère caché 150) de liaison entre la turbine et le compresseur associé (non visible ; repère caché 900). Cet arbre est interposé entre le bloc turbine 9 et le bloc compresseur 17 renfermant ledit compresseur. En 18, on a repéré l'actuateur du turbocompresseur, situé au droit de la zone 15. Les têtes des vis 13 sont situées du côté du carter 30 central 14, là où débouchent les orifices 11. Tel que représenté à la figure 3, l'écran thermique 7 présente une forme de cloche avec une paroi de fond 70 globalement discoïdale à disposer face au bloc turbine, cette paroi de fond se prolongeant périphériquement par un bord tombé 71 s'étendant localement autour du bloc turbine 9. As shown in FIG. the heat shield 7 has a bell shape with a generally discoidal bottom wall 70 to be disposed facing the turbine block, this bottom wall extending peripherally by a falling edge 71 extending locally around the turbine block 9.

Ainsi, le bord tombé périphérique 71 présente localement une portion 710 de moindre largeur par rapport 25 à la largeur nominale 12 qu'il présente pour entourer le bloc turbine 9 sur l'essentiel au moins de sa largeur 13.
