Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to the field of motor vehicle seats. A motor vehicle is preferably a car, but can also be a bus, a plane or even a boat. The rear and front directions are, unless otherwise stated, the rear and front directions of both the seats and the motor vehicle itself. The invention relates to the provision of passengers io of a motor vehicle, in the passenger compartment of the motor vehicle, cups, to allow them to drink a drink. This drink can come from a bottle or a machine used to produce a hot drink. The machine for producing a hot drink can be nomadic or is integrated into the passenger compartment of the motor vehicle. The cups are advantageously disposable cups, for example cardboard or plastic. The invention seeks in the passenger compartment of the motor vehicle a good place to integrate a cup dispenser. 20 On the one hand not to constitute a visual embarrassment too important or too unsightly for the passengers, and on the other hand not to constitute an important physical discomfort for the passengers who could risk to abut in or to type in inadvertently The invention has chosen to have this cup dispenser in the seat of a seat with access to the cups through the front face of the seat cushion. Thus, even when a passenger is sitting on this seat, he can, while sitting, extract a cup from the cup dispenser. According to the invention, there is provided a motor vehicle seat comprising a seat and a backrest, characterized in that the seat comprises, in its thickness, a cup dispenser having a dispensing opening located on the front face of the seat. 'seated. Preferably, the dispenser comprises an elastic member tending to push the cups located inside the dispenser outwardly through the dispensing opening. Thus, the cup dispenser has a very simple mechanical structure, allowing, through the same single opening, both on the one hand for passengers to take the cups one by one for use, and on the other hand io for one person to reload the dispenser with a new pack of cups from time to time. Preferably, the cups are frustoconical in shape, the bottom diameter of the cups being smaller than the diameter of the opening of the cups and the dispensing opening is circular, the diameter of said dispensing opening being between the diameter from the bottom of the cups and the diameter of the opening of the cups. Thus, the next available cup comes out partially through the opening, the bottom of the cup being already outside the dispenser and the opening of the cup 20 is still inside the dispenser retained by the contour of the opening. A simple pull on the cup at its base, exerted by a passenger, slightly compresses the opening of the cup in contact with the dispensing opening, opening of the cup which can then pass through the dispensing opening. Thus, all the cup is found outside the dispenser in the passenger's hand. Preferably, the interior of the cup dispenser is tubular. Thus the series of cups stacked into each other remains well guided and less likely to discard and spread inside the dispenser. The diameter of the inner tube of the dispenser is slightly greater than the diameter of the opening of the cups that the dispenser is intended to receive.
Preferably, from the front face of the seat, the cup dispenser extends towards the rear face of the seat, stopping before the middle of the distance separating the front face and the rear face of the seat. 'seated. The presence of the cup dispenser in the seat, while leaving the seat available for a passenger, makes it a little less comfortable at the seat where the dispenser is located. Thus, the part of the seat where the passenger rests the most, namely the rear part of the seat on which the buttocks of the io passenger rest, is then not the one where the cup dispenser is located. Advantageously, the cup dispenser is located midway between the left face and the right face of the seat. Thus, even the parts of the seat where the thighs of the passenger are rested are also not those where the cup dispenser is located. Preferably, between the seat cover and the cup dispenser is a layer of foam. Thus, even in the area where the cup dispenser is located, the comfort is not too degraded. Advantageously, the layer of foam between the seat cover and the cup dispenser is less thick than the foam layer of the rest of the seat, which allows the dispenser opening not to be too much low along the front face of the seat, thus requiring a movement of reduced amplitude for a passenger who sits on this seat or on a seat of the same rank and desires to get a cup. Preferably, on the front face of the seat, under the cup dispenser, there is at least one cup holder. The cup, once filled with drink, whether emptied in one stroke or a certain quantity of drink left in it, can then be deposited with a limited risk of spilling it. Preferably, on the front face of the seat, under the cup dispenser, there are two cup holders. Thus, several users can enjoy simultaneously. Advantageously, the two cup holders are a single piece, which reduces manufacturing costs. Preferably, the front face of the seat supporting at least one cup holder is the front face of a drawer located in the thickness of the seat. Thus, the addition of one or more cup holders optional on a motor vehicle, allows to modify only one piece incorporating a limited number of constraints, namely the front face of a drawer, and not the io front face of the seat of a seat that incorporates more constraints, especially in terms of safety. Preferably, the distance between the bottom of the drawer and the lateral edges of the drawer is less than 5 cm. It is therefore a shallow drawer, therefore simpler and less restrictive to implement is in the seat of a seat. Its thickness remains sufficient to contain coffee capsules, sugar sachets, and small pieces of tea. Preferably, the seat is a rear central seat. As the presence of the cup dispenser causes a slight decrease in comfort at the seat base, that the invention tries to reduce as much as possible through the various preferred options presented, it is interesting to have this distributor at headquarters which is statistically the least used. Indeed, in a car 25 including sedan five seats, when there is one, two, three or four occupants, in general the central rear seat remains free. The invention also relates to a rear seat comprising a rear central seat according to the invention bordered on each side by at least one other seat. The at least three seats of the rear seat can be juxtaposed contiguously, or preferably, be integral and have continuity between them. The rear seats may have an equivalent width between them, or preferably the central rear seat has a width less than the two rear side seats, to possibly do more than a narrow junction area between two wider side seats. The bench could still be one-third to two-thirds. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle comprising a rear central seat according to the invention or a rear seat according to the invention. Preferably, the motor vehicle according to the invention also comprises a machine for producing a hot beverage compatible with cups of the cup dispenser. Advantageously, this motor vehicle also comprises a front console located between two front seats, the machine for producing a hot drink is then fixed on the front console, allowing the rear passengers to take a cup and put it in the machine preparing a hot drink, for example a coffee maker, to prepare a drink without the intervention of the driver. The driver may be a driver in a service car.
The invention will now be described in more detail with the help of the following figures, given by way of illustrative and nonlimiting examples, in which: FIG. 1 represents a view from the rear of the coffee maker, the mobile cover in close position; - Figure 2 shows a view from the rear and from the top of the coffee maker, the mobile cover in the remote position; - Figure 3 shows a view from the top of the coffeemaker and the front armrest in the open position; - Figure 4 shows a view from above and from the front of the coffee machine and the front armrest in the open position; - Figure 5 shows a top view of the coffee machine and the front armrest in the closed position; - Figure 6 shows a view from the top of the seat of the central rear seat, the drawer in the closed position; - Figure 7 shows a view from the top of the seat of the central rear seat, the drawer in the open position; - Figure 8 schematically shows a profile view of the seat of the central rear seat, showing the inside of the cup dispenser; - Figure 9 shows a view from the front of the back of the central rear seat, the armrest in the down position on the seat of the io rear central seat, the ski door closed, the trash in its housing; - Figure 10 shows a view from the front of the back of the central rear seat, the armrest in the retracted position in the back of the central rear seat; FIG. 11 shows a view from the front of the back of the central rear seat, the armrest in the lowered position on the seat of the central rear seat, the ski hatch open; FIG. 12 shows a view from the front of the back of the central rear seat, the armrest in lowered position on the seat of the central rear seat, the ski hatch closed, the empty trash can housing; - Figure 13 shows a view from the top of the back of the central rear seat, the armrest in the intermediate position between the lowered position and the retracted position, the trash 25 out of its housing, the trash placed on the seat of the rear seat central.
The set of figures represents an embodiment of the various elements of the interior of the passenger compartment of a five-seater sedan type car comprising two front seats, left and right, and a rear seat comprising a central rear seat lined with two rear side seats, left and right, a coffee machine is fixed to the front console located between the two front seats, various accessories being integrated into the rear central seat, its seat comprising a cup dispenser and a drawer with cup holder, its backrest includes a retractable armrest behind which is a ski trap in which is disposed a trash can. The different elements bear the same reference on all the figures where they appear. The coffee maker, like all the accessories, cup dispenser, cup holder and trash can, are accessible by the two rear side passengers, left and right, who can sit in their respective seats to access them. The reference 1 represents the coffee maker. It is a standard coffee machine for the essential and also intended for use in a dwelling, the only adaptation made is the tabs 12 for holding the cup 31 on the grid 11 of liquid discharge. The angular sector covered by the set of retaining tabs 12 is greater than 180 degrees so that the cup 31 can be held on the liquid evacuation grid 11, but less than 240 degrees, so as to allow the removal of the cup 31 laterally by slight temporary elastic deformation of the cup 31 without any significant risk of spilling the cup 31 and its contents. The reference 10 represents the orifice of the coffee machine through which the coffee flows. It is a tube bent downwards which is stationary by 25 and stationary relative to the coffee maker 1. The reference 11 represents the liquid discharge grid on which the cup 31 is placed. The reference 24 represents a support zone which under the pressure of a finger frees the fastening system of the moving cover 2. The support zone 24 can be decorated with the brand logo of the car. The outer surface of the mobile cover 2 is covered with a leather covering which advantageously resembles the leather of the seats. Reference 3 shows a cup dispenser 31 which is integrated into the seat 81 of the rear center seat. Inside the dispenser 3, the cups 31 are stacked, that is to say stacked into each other. This stack of cups is disposed horizontally with respect to the plane of the seat 81 of the central rear seat and perpendicular to the dispensing aperture 30 and to the front face 83 of the seat 81 of the central rear seat. Each cup 31 of generally frustoconical shape has a bottom 310 of smaller diameter than its opening 311. The length 11 which represents the seat length 81 of the central rear seat occupied by the distributor 3t is less than the length 12 which represents the length seat 81 of the central rear seat not occupied by the distributor 3. The layer of foam at length 11, located above the distributor 3, is less thick than in the rest of the seat 81. why this part of the seat 81 is less comfortable. The reference numeral 30 represents the dispensing opening of the cup dispenser, through which the dispensing opening 30 the cups 31 are extracted one by one for use or reloaded in block once the dispenser 3 is empty. The diameter of the dispensing opening 30 is between, on the one hand, the diameter of the bottom 310 of the cups 31 and, on the other hand, the diameter of the opening 311 of the cups 31, so as to retain the next cup 31 available. partially inside the dispenser 3 by its opening 311 while leaving it partially extend outside the distributor 3 by its bottom 310. The references 32 and 33 respectively represent the push plate and the spring constituting them 20 the elastic member that pushes the stack of cups 31 outwardly, so that when a cup 31 is extracted by a passenger, the next cup 31 takes its place, partially beyond the outside of the distributor 3 by the opening 30 of distribution. The reference 34 represents the inner wall of the dispenser 3 which is tubular so as to better guide and hold in place the horizontal stack of the cups 31 inside the dispenser 3. The reference 4 represents a drawer located in the seat 81 from the 30 central rear seat. This drawer 4 is disposed under the distributor 3. This opening 92 gives in the trunk of the car. In FIG. 1, the mobile cover 2 is in the close position of the coffee maker 1, against the coffee maker 1. A pressure on the support zone 24 releases the fastening system which immobilized the mobile cover 2 in a position close to the coffee maker 1. The attachment system comprises for example one or more retractable lugs. In FIG. 2, once the fastening system of the movable cover 2 has been released, the movable cover 2 has pivoted about the axis 23 by lowering under the effect of its own weight, to find itself in a position remote from 1. In Figures 3 and 4, the front armrest 73 is in the open position, unmasking the storage space 74. In Figure 5, the front armrest 73 is in the closed position. The passengers are before can rest their arms on it. Thus, despite the presence of the coffee maker 1 fixed on the front console 7, the front armrest 73 is almost not sacrificed, thanks to the recessed position of the coffee maker 1 relative to the front console 7.
In Figure 6, the drawer 4 is closed, the cupholders 41 are found against the front face 83 of the seat 81 of the central rear seat. In Figure 7, the drawer 4 is open and its contents, coffee capsules 44, 45 tacks, sugar bags 46, become accessible to the rear side passengers 25 who have only to lean forward and to the bottom and who can then use while sitting. In the same way, they can use cups 31. The access to the drawer 4 is more delicate when the central rear seat is occupied by a central rear passenger.
In Figure 8, the inner mechanism of the cup dispenser 3 is shown. As the rear passengers take cups 31, the spring 33 relaxes, pushes the push plate 32 which itself pushes the horizontal stack of cups 31 towards the outside of the dispenser through the dispensing aperture 30 , so that a new cup 31 always comes out partially to be available to the rear passengers. In FIG. 9, the retractable armrest 80 is lowered on the seat 81 of the central rear seat and the intermediate plate 85, extracted from the base 84 against which it rested, by pivoting obtained by pulling on the pull tab 850, is descended on the retractable armrest 80. The hatch 9 to skis, which is closed, and the trash 5 it contains, are visible. The first opening 51 is accessible to throw a cup 31 used. In Figure 10, the retractable armrest 80 is retracted into the backrest 82 of the central rear seat. The intermediate plate 85, as well as the hatch 9 skis and the trash 5 it contains, are hidden so invisible. In Figure 11, the retractable armrest 80 is lowered on the seat 81 of the central rear seat and the intermediate plate 85 is lowered on the retractable armrest 80. The hatch 9 skis, which is open, shows the interior From the trunk of the car through the opening 92. In Figure 12, the retractable armrest 80 is lowered on the seat 81 of the central rear seat and the intermediate plate 85 is lowered on the retractable armrest 80. The hatch 9 to skis, which is closed, and the empty housing of the trash 5 it contains, are visible. In Figure 13, the trash 5 is extracted from its housing and is placed on the seat 81 of the central rear seat. The second opening 52 is visible. By this second opening 52, the bin 5 can be emptied of its contents, outside the car 30o.
