Description
L'invention concerne l'alimentation d'un séparateur de phase. Avec le schéma de principe nous expliquons le fonctionnement : Nous avons une fosse de pompage (1) dans laquelle nous avons installé un agitateur électrique (3) pour homogénéiser le produit à séparer, une pompe (2) pour alimenter le séparateur (6) et un flotteur (4) pour la mise en fonctionnement en automatique de l'installation et l'arrêt automatique. Lorsque la pompe (2) alimente le séparateur (6) le produit passe à l'intérieur du débit mètre (5). En passant un l'intérieur du débit mètre (5), nous obtenons la lecture du débit passant à l'intérieur du débit mètre (5). En fonction du produit à séparer, le débit admissible par le séparateur (6) est différent. Pour contrôler automatiquement le débit admissible par le séparateur (6), nous commandons la vitesse de la pompe (2) par un variateur de vitesse (7) en tenant compte du débit lu par le débit mètre. Lorsque le niveau de la fosse de pompage (1) baisse, le débit de la pompe (2) diminue, donc le débit lu par le débit mètre (5) est inférieur au débit réglé en fonction du débit admissible par le séparateur (6), de ce fait le débit mètre (5) envoie l'information au variateur de vitesse (7) qui accélère la vitesse de la pompe (2) pour ajuster le débit au débit admissible par le séparateur (6). L'installation électrique est protégée par une armoire de protection électrique (8) aux normes. When the level of the pumping pit (1) decreases, the flow rate of the pump (2) decreases, therefore the flow rate read by the flow meter (5) is lower than the regulated flow rate as a function of the flow rate allowed by the separator (6) as a result, the flow meter (5) sends the information to the speed controller (7) which accelerates the speed of the pump (2) to adjust the flow rate at the flow rate allowed by the separator (6). The electrical installation is protected by a standard electrical protection cabinet (8).
