Abstract

The invention relates to a valve (1) comprising a closure device (2) with: - a valve (3), - a head body (8) having at least one thread for fixing the closure device (2) to the valve body (4) with a threaded through bore (9), - a control rod (10) of said valve (3) with a handle, internal to the head body (8), arranged in the bore through passage (9) having at least one threaded portion (12) to cooperate by screwing with the head body (8). According to the invention, the closure device (2) has a seal (16) cooperating with the outer diameter of the control rod (10) provided for sealing between the through bore (9) of the head body (8) and the internal volume of the valve body (4) so as to limit the formation of the sedimentary deposits on the mutually engaging parts, respectively threaded and threaded, of the head body (8) and the control rod (10).

Description

The present invention relates to a valve having a device

  shutter system combining a controlled shutter function and an induced shutter function which results from the action exerted on a valve by a fluid.

  Such a type of valve is described in document FR-2.685.054 which discloses a valve with a closure device, the valve comprising a valve body forming a tubular whose internal volume is split into two chambers by a perforated partition, one of the two chambers said upstream, the other said downstream, according to the normal flow direction of the fluid.

  The partition is perforated by a communication opening which can be obstructed by the valve of the closure device, either firmly during the rotation of a control rod, in particular to prevent the normal flow of the fluid, or to prevent the delivery of a fluid from the downstream chamber to the upstream chamber, under the induced action of the discharge pressure or even a compression spring. More particularly, this closure device is constituted by a head body, having a thread for the removable attachment of the device at a threaded opening of the valve body. The control rod has a threaded portion and is disposed in a through bore and threaded head body to cooperate by screwing with the latter. Also, the rotation of the control rod allows, at least at the end of travel, to cause the valve to close thus obstructing the communication opening. This type of faucet is generally used outdoors, for example as a feeding point for watering, use can thus be used infrequently. After a long period of non-use, it is thus found a difficulty of handling during the rotation of the control rod, a difficulty which is similar to a seizure between the control rod and the head body of the closure device.

  The purpose of the present invention is to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks by proposing a valve whose proper functioning is not

  2 depending on its frequency of use. Another object of the invention is to provide a valve whose engaging parts of the closure device are not subject to sedimentation phenomena.

  Other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the description which follows, which is given for information only and which is not intended to limit it. The invention relates to a valve comprising a shutter device with a valve, the shutter device combining a controlled shutter function and an induced shutter function, which results from the action exerted on the valve by a fluid, said valve comprising a valve body forming a pipe whose internal volume is split into two chambers by a perforated partition, one of the two chambers said upstream, the other said downstream in the normal direction of flow of the fluid, the partition being perforated by a communication opening, the outer wall of the valve body having a tapped opening, in particular not on the left, for the removable fixing of the closure device, the closure device comprising: - a head body having at least a thread, in particular not on the left, for fastening the closure device to the valve body, said head body having a through bore, tapped, a control rod, actuable by an operating member, such as in particular a handle, said rod being internal to the head body and disposed in the through bore, at least partially, said control rod having at least one threaded portion to cooperate by screwing with the body head, the rotation of the control rod thus obstructing the communication opening. According to the invention, the closure device has a seal cooperating with a smooth bearing surface of the outer diameter of the control rod, provided to ensure a seal between the through bore of the head body and the internal volume of the valve body of in such a way as to limit or even inhibit the formation of sedimentary deposits, such as limestone, on the mutually engaging parts, respectively threaded and threaded, of the head body and the control rod. The invention will be better understood on reading the following description, accompanied by the appended drawings in which: FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a valve according to the invention, the valve closing the communication opening - Figure 2 is a simplified schematic view of the valve as shown in Figure 1, the valve open, during a flow of normal fluid. The invention relates to a valve 1 comprising a shutter device 2 with a valve 3 and a valve body 4. The shutter device 2 combines a controlled shutter function and an induced shutter function, which results from the action exerted on the valve by a fluid. The valve body 4 forms a tubing 15 whose internal volume is divided into two chambers by a perforated partition 5, one of the two chambers known as upstream, the other said downstream in the normal flow direction of the fluid. The partition 5 is perforated by a communication opening 6 which can be obstructed by the valve 3 of the closure device, either firmly during the rotation of an actuating rod, in particular to prevent the normal flow of the fluid. or to prevent backflow of a fluid from the downstream chamber to the upstream chamber, under the induced action of the discharge pressure. The outer wall of the valve body 4 has a tapped opening 7, in particular not on the left, for the removable attachment of said closure device 2. This tapped opening 7 is in particular coaxial with the communication opening 6. The free end of the sliding guide 21 may be threaded, provided in particular to cooperate in fixing with a tapping of a bore of the valve 3. Advantageously, to constitute the guide means 13 in translation: - the bore 23 and the guide 21 are in cross-section dimensioned so as to cooperate by sliding with an overabundant clearance such that it alone is unable to guarantee the alignment of the axis of the valve 3 with that of the communication opening 6 of the partition, - the valve 3 has a curved shape 22, a nose, or any other prominence provided to cooperate with the seat of the opening 6, only at the end of the valve 3, so as to ensure the refocusing of the axis of the valve 3 relative to the axis of the communication opening 6. Faucet (1) comprising a closure device (2) with a valve (3), the closure device (2) combining a controlled shutter function and an induced shutter function, which results from the action exerted on the valve by a fluid, said valve comprising a valve body (4) forming a pipe whose internal volume is divided into two chambers by a perforated partition (5), one of the two chambers said upstream, the other said downstream in the direction of normal flow of the fluid, said partition being perforated by a communication opening (6), the outer wall of the valve body (4) having a threaded opening (7) for the removable attachment of said device shutter (2), said closure device comprising: - a head body (8) having at least one thread for fixing the closure device (2) to the valve body (4), said head body ( 8) having a through bore (9), threaded, - a control rod (10) ), actuable by an actuator (11), such as in particular a handle, said rod (10) being internal to the head body (8) and disposed in the through bore (9), at least partially, said rod control having at least one threaded portion (12) for screwingly engaging the head body (8), thereby rotating the control rod to obstruct the communication opening (6), characterized in that the closure device (2) has a seal (16) cooperating with a smooth surface of the outer diameter of the control rod (10) provided for sealing between the through bore (9) of the head body (8) and the internal volume of the valve body (4) so as to limit, or even inhibit, the formation of sedimentary deposits, such as limestone, on the mutually engaging, respectively threaded and threaded portions, of the head body (8) and of the control rod (10).
  2. Valve according to claim 1, wherein a groove (17) intended for mounting the seal (16) is formed on the inner diameter of the through bore (9) of the head body (8), said seal (16) being annular or ring-shaped, received in said groove (17).
