Abstract

The invention relates to a table device for preserving the rusks in a silo (4), it is provided with a drawer (2) giving access to the latter. It consists of a main body (1) having an orifice in which is housed a drawer (2) held by a lower plate (3). It is clipped to the body (1) by the devices (10) and (11). The rusks are stored in a silo (4) itself attached to the body (1) held by clipping device (8) and (9). The silo (4) is closed by a lid (5) provided with a handle. When the user opens the drawer (2) a toast is then loaded from the silo (4) and can be spread directly into the drawer to recover any crumbs. Drawer closed the device behaves as a closed box thus ensuring the preservation of the product. The device according to the invention is a table utensil for the conservation of rusks.

Description

DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a table utensil for storing and preserving rusks in a container equipped with a drawer for the distribution of the latter. Traditionally crackers remain in their packaging after opening, which affects their conservation. These can be in contact with foreign bodies, soften or break, the package is torn, crumbs scatter and all ended in the trash. The device according to the invention overcomes this disadvantage. It consists in fact of a main body on which are grafted various components consisting inter alia of a silo clipped on the upper part of the main body that can accommodate the contents of an entire packet of rusks. The latter having the particularity of having a homogeneous size almost standard despite the large number of rusks manufacturers. On this same body, is housed a drawer equipped with a handle to extract the rusks preserved in the silo. Finally two additional elements being composed of a lower plate clipped under the main body thus ensuring a maintenance of the drawer, and a lid housed on the upper part of the silo thus ensuring the closure of the utensil. According to particular embodiments: The drawer is equipped with a front handle and multifunction stops on the back. Indeed, the latter allow the extraction of the biscuit silo to the drawer, maintains the following rusk in the silo in the open drawer position, abutments in drawer translation in the open position. - The drawer also performs the function of collecting crumbs. - The drawer can also contain a seal to ensure better preservation of the product. - The main body has a front opening accommodating the drawer, an opening on the upper part to secure the silo and a hollow bottom where the lower plate is fixed. - The main body also has two notches on the upper and lower part for clipping the silo and the lower plate. - The body has two stops at the back of the silo housing to prevent the rusks from escaping into the body when the drawer is open. -The body may also have a third stop and a slope located on the front of the silo housing to release the toast of the stopper when opening the drawer. - The main body may also have housing in its lateral parts that can accommodate spreads. - The silo has two elastic hook levers for clipping to the main body. Pressing on them releases the hooks. - The lower plate has two elastic hook levers for clipping to the main body. Pressing on them releases the hooks. .- The underside of the lower plate may also comprise non-slip surfaces of the type adhesive rubber strips or suction pad. • - The lid has a handle. - The different interlocking constituting this utensil can be equipped with seal in order to ensure better preservation of the product. -. This device may have an identical variant in all operating points but of size to adapt to sizes biscottes type long and fine.
The drawings in appendices illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 represents an exploded view of the various elements constituting this utensil in a functional representation without taking into account the design that will follow. Figure 2 shows a longitudinal section of the device in the open position. Figure 3 shows a longitudinal section of the device in the closed position. Figure 4 shows the main body in plan view with the different element holds in position. Figure 5 shows the device in cross-section with the clipping system of the silo and the lower plate on the main body
With reference to these drawings, this device is composed of various elements being grafted to a main body (1). This device works in the following way: The drawer (2) is slid inside the main body (1), a lower plate (3) clips under the body (l) by means of hook levers (10) lodged in the notches (l 1) located under the body. The silo (4) which contains the rusk fits into the upper part of the body (1), the latter being held by clipping the hook levers (8) housed in the notches (9) of the body (1). Finally a lid (5) with a handle closes the silo (4) to ensure better preservation of the product. The blanks of the main body (1) has housings (12) for accommodating spreadable knives. Once closed, simply fill the silo (4) by removing the lid (5) and stack the rusks inside. To use it is enough to pull on the handle of the drawer (2). By this action the drawer (2) translates inside the body (1). Stops (6) forming part of the drawer (2) protrude and cause the rusk contained in the silo (4). The latter being held in suspension by two stops (7) forming part of the body (II) and a third stop (13) and an inclined shape allow to release the biscotte contained in the silo (4) and to make it fall into the drawer (2). Drawer open last is stopped, in translation by the stops (6). These (6) have a multifunction role: driving the rusk to load it in the drawer (2) maintains the following rusk contained in the silo (4) stop in translation of the drawer (2) when it is open in order to prevent it escaping from the body (1) (see figure 2) In the open drawer position the rusks contained in the silo (4) are held and suspended by the stops (7) of the main body (1). ) and stops (6) of the drawer (2) (See Figure 2) In the closed drawer position the rusks contained in the silo (4) are held suspended by the stops (7) of the body (1) and the stop (13). The latter can be optional. (cf Figure 3) The main body (l) is composed of a single block comprising different openings for grafting all the elements surrounding the latter. (figure 1). It also includes various clearances and orifices to accommodate the drawer stops (6) and facilitate the passage of the biscotte during the silo-drawer transfer. The main body (1) also comprises the clipping system located at the upper (9) and lower (1.1) notches and housings (12) for accommodating spreadable knives. Finally, the body (1) contains the various stops for suspending the rusks (abutments 7 and 13). (See Figure 4). To dismantle the device in order to clean it, it suffices to exert pressure on the hook levers (8) of the silo (4) for the upper part and to remove the latter.
The principle is identical for the lower part of the device, it suffices to exert pressure on the hook levers (10) of the lower plate (3) and remove the latter. (See Figure 5). By way of non-limiting example, the assembled device will have dimensions of the order of 150 mm in height and 120 mm in size. According to a variant not illustrated, there will exist an identical device for rusks different format long and thin type. Finally, all the component constituting this utensil can be manufactured in injected plastic, aluminum, fine sheet metal and almost any machinable material.
