Abstract

The method involves realizing a digital extrusion of a spectacle branch at the level of an ear bend, to the shape of a hearing aid and forming a shell which replaces part of a case of the hearing aid. An opening is formed in the spectacle branch corresponding to an opening of a microphone. A ring is formed to block a capillary tube of the hearing aid, and a split ring is formed to clip the capillary tube of the aid.

Description

L'invention concerne un procédé d'extrusion de branche de lunette pour yThe invention relates to a method of extrusion of a telescope branch for

35  housing a hearing aid Eyeglasses and ear-type hearing aids are two different and sometimes cumbersome orthoses for the sole contour of the auricle. In addition hearing aids called open are very light and fall off the ear very easily. There are elbows of special hearing aids to fit the branch of glasses by cutting to the desired size but it distorts the telescope and condemns the device to have a special elbow. There are specific auditory branches, but this requires choosing the device from the supplier of this product. The present invention overcomes these problems: The hearing aids are becoming more and more thin and discreet, The glasses are sometimes thick. The bezel branch is adjusted according to the curvature of the ear and the distance of the face of the frame from the face. This adjustment is essential for good vision. The method consists of integrating the hearing aid into its normal configuration in the branch of the eye by extruding the shape of the hearing aid. In a preferred form, only the inner part of the limb is extruded in order to camouflage the hearing aid as well as possible. In a particular form only part of the hearing aid can be integrated. The extrusion is done numerically, a software to control the extrusion based on the pre-recorded form of the hearing aid earloop. In a preferred form, a lug can be made to block the microphone. In a particular form, an opening of the branch lets the sound pass to the microphone input. In addition, open equipment has an extremely fine capillary tube that can bring either the son to the earpiece or the sound to the eardrum. The process consists in the extrusion to make a split ring to clipper the tube. In a particular form, part of the plastic body of the apparatus is removed since the extrusion can act as a body on one side. 35
