Abstract
Description
Preamble The assemblies of various partitions and decorative elements in
the building and renovation, designed in plasterboard, mainly used for mounting double wall and ceiling, are summarized by strict lines of geometry of right angle for the majority, which limits terribly the effects of decoration, to compensate for this problem, I created the malleable plasterboard This product has all the assets for such a metamorphosis, building standards, lightness, ease of cutting, resistant cardboard support and low price. The process will allow plasterboard to enter the world of decoration and creation by bringing all unconventional forms as partitions, decoration and useful objects. The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention.

Figure 2 shows a malleable plasterboard cut into strips at regular intervals.
Figure 3 Represents an example of a plasterboard having sections studied to create an unconventional decorative object, Irregular Interval (3) Corner Cutting (4)
Figure 4 shows in section the base of a traditional plasterboard (1), different thickness of cutting field (5) (6), the board of the top of the plate (7), the base board (8), the reinforcement of a decorative contexture (9) for the malleability very solicited or excess weight on a mobile decoration or simply to obtain a decorative decoration, the plaster (10)
1/2 Figure 5 Represents an example of a partition made with malleable plasterboard. (11) the bearing wall (12) fixing a blade of the malleable plate to the wall (11) (13) places the malleable plate according to the cutout (2) to create a rounded partition. (14) malleable plate (2) to create a column (a polygon) for decor and strength. (15) laying a malleable plate (2) to create a removable door having an outward and rounded rounding (16) against bonding (9) of reinforcement and malleability (17) removable door, foldable (15) by the system of lamellae and coming to create a second column creating a symmetry with (14) (18) lamella of the partition (13) being fixed with the column (14) to mechanically consolidate the distribution of the loads exerted by the polygon (14) and the roundness of the partition (13) 10 15 20 25 30 35 2 2896450 Description
The system is essentially based on the cutting of longitudinal lines (2) on the length or the width of the plasterboard (1) while keeping intact at the end of cutting the baseboard (8), the cutout 5 can be made by a more or less wide, very thin cutting field (6) allowing the malleable plate to obtain geometrical figures only reentrant while the cut of a wider field (5) will give the possibility to the same plate to create all incoming or outgoing forms. Cut-outs for unconventional objects, useful or not, will be able to find any geometric cut to offer the malleability sought for personalized creation. Example (FIG. 3) For excessive uses: weight, length, repeated opening and closing of the example plasterboard (15), the baseboard can be reinforced by a counter-gluing (16) over the entire surface of the malleable plate a fabric preferably woven or any other product of good holding type fiberglass. This invention allows a very economical and simple system to transform, create. Today 23 different product lines can claim to provide a low-cost service in interior design, decoration, useful creation, furniture, etc ... thanks to the malleable plasterboard!
Transportation
The process has all the criteria: weight, volume, strength due to the malleability of the sheet of plaster that rolls on itself.
Industrialization
Simple, both in the transformation and the manufacture of drywall. 3
