Abstract

The method involves permitting a cellular telephone network having a cell broadcast station to proceed to transmit simple message service (SMS) or multimedia message service (MMS) messages. The reception of the messages is limited to a sub-group of users of the cellular telephone network. A target sub-group is added to an information transmission system. Subscribers are selected based on a set of criteria chosen by a transmission provider of a panel predefined by an administrator of the system. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an automated request module (2) a personalized question module (3) a classified user table (4) a module for evaluation of performances of the selection by domiciliation (5) a resident preliminary subscription and multiple selection configuration module (6) a message-client storage database (7) a subscriber messaging module.
