Description

RECIPIENT BRACELET FOR BEAUTY PRODUCT

The present invention relates to a bracelet, and more particularly to a bracelet that may contain a beauty product.

Since the dawn of time, humans have attached importance to their appearance and have coated their skin with colored matter and worn body ornaments. Bones, minerals, natural fibers and others have been transformed into a bracelet, earrings and others for various purposes. Classic bracelets have no other use than an ornamental effect. Cosmetics, as the personal effects of women, must be continually worn by them for use at all times. To facilitate their transport, the beauty products are put in a bag, which creates another disadvantage for their use.

Therefore, the certificate of utility proposes a bracelet with container for beauty product to mitigate or eliminate the problems mentioned above. The purpose of this certificate of utility is to make a cosmetic container bracelet that provides ornamental and functional effects.

The invention will be better understood from the study of the derailed description of an embodiment taken by way of nonlimiting example and illustrated by the appended drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a bracelet according to this utility certificate; FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the bracelet of FIG. 1; FIG. 3 is a sectional view of the bracelet of FIG. 1; FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the bracelet provided with an ornament according to the present invention; FIG. 5 is a schematic front view of the bracelet in a configuration where an outer cover is pushed back to uncover a stopper; FIG. 6 is a schematic front view of the bracelet in a configuration where the cap is pressed to spray a perfume; and FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of another embodiment according to this utility certificate.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, a bracelet according to the present utility model is composed of a first half-ring 10, a second half-shell 20 and a container 30 for a beauty product.

The first half-ring 10 has a first pivoting end 11 and a first non-pivoting end 13 opposite the first pivoting end 11. A tongue 12 is formed on the first pivoting end 11.

The second half-ring 20 has a second pivoting end 21 and a second non-pivoting end opposite the second pivoting end 21. The first pivoting end 11 is pivotally mounted on the second pivoting end 21 by means of a pivot 24. A stop 22 is formed on the second pivoting end 21 to stop the tongue 12. The stop 22 and the tongue 12 constitute a positioning member 25, as illustrated in FIG. 3. A groove 23 is formed in the inner periphery of the second half-ring 20 to receive the container 30 for beauty products.

The container 30 for beauty products is housed in the groove 23 of the second half-ring 20 and has a hollow body 31 and a plug 32. The hollow body 31 has a chamber defined therein and an open end 311 which communicates with bedroom. The open end 311 of the hollow body 31 extends outside the second non-pivoting end of the second half-ring 20.

The plug 32 is removably mounted on the hollow body 31 and abuts against the first non-pivoting end 13 of the first half-ring 10.

The container 30 can receive a perfume, an essential oil, nail polish, lipstick, etc. As illustrated in Figures 1 and 3, the container 30 serves as a perfume bottle. The hollow body 31 is filled with perfume and the plug 32 has a spray orifice 321 defined therein. A duct 322 enters the hollow body 31 and communicates with the spray orifice 321. When the cap 32 is pressed, the perfume housed in the hollow body 31 is sprayed outside via the spray orifice 321.

With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, the bracelet further comprises an outer cover 40 movably mounted on the first non-rotating end 13 of the first half-ring 10 to mask the cap 32. The outer cover 40 comprises a cylindrical body 41 and a upper protection 42. The plug 32 is received in the cylindrical body 41, and the upper protection 42 comprises at least one slide 44 formed therein and placed in at least one slot 14 formed in the first non-pivoting end 13, thanks to what can be slid the upper protection 42 along the slot 14.

With reference to FIG. 4, an ornament 43 such as a natural or artificial gemstone is disposed on an outer surface of the outer cover 40 to embellish the bracelet.

In use, as illustrated in Figures 1 and 2, perfume is housed in the hollow body 31 and a plug 32 provided with a spray orifice 321 is connected to the open end 311. The first and the second half-rings 10, 20 are combined with each other and placed on the wrist of a user. During the combination, the tongue 12 is pushed over the stop 22, so that the first and second half-rings 10, 20 are securely combined and can not separate freely from one another. . Then, the outer cover 40 is disposed on the plug 32 to mask it. Therefore, the bracelet can be used as a classic bracelet.

Referring to Figures 2, 5 and 6, when the user wishes to use the perfume, it pushes the outer cover 40 by sliding to uncover the cap 32. The user then presses the cap 32 by rotating the first half ring 10 around the second half-ring 20, and the perfume is sprayed from the spray orifice 321. After use, the outer cover 40 is replaced by sliding to hide the stopper 32 again.

With reference to FIG. 7, in another embodiment of the utility certificate, multiple tabs 231 are formed on either side of the groove 23 to prevent the hollow body 31 from escaping from the groove 23. In addition, a spring the torsion 26 constituting the positioning element 25 is disposed between the first pivoting end 11 and the second pivoting end 21 in place of the tongue 12 and the abutment 22 mentioned above, the torsion spring 26 having a first free end fixed on the first pivoting end 11 and a second free end fixed on the second pivoting end 22. Under the action of the tension spring 26, the first and second half-rings 10, 20 are combined with each other.

Therefore, with this certificate of utility, the bracelet can be used not only as a decoration, but also as a container for beauty products.
