Abstract

Le procédé de combustion de résidus du raffinage du pétrole dans une chaudière selon l'invention, comprend un foyer et des injecteurs, il est caractérisé en ce que du gaz refroidi comprenant de l'oxygène est injecté dans le foyer dans la zone la plus chaude dudit foyer. L'injection dans la zone très chaude du foyer permet le craquage du goudron ou des hydrocarbures aromatiques polycycliques et sa conversion en produits élémentaires facilement combustibles et donc moins polluant.
