Abstract

The spectacle has two glasses (2), each with two stubs (3, 4) for placing the glass on a frame. The frame has a stud (8) for receiving a helical spring (10) that receives the stub (3) and an engagement zone (6) for receiving the stub (4). The spring (10) is compressed by moving the glass after receiving the stub (3), to guide the stub (4) with respect to the zone, and is released to permit the holding of the stub (4) by the zone.

Description

The present invention relates to a pair of spectacles.

  It is known to mount spectacle lenses on a frame by force engagement of these lenses in circles that includes the frame, or by engagement of these lenses in semicircles that includes the frame and then setting up complementary means of holding glasses such as wires, screws or cleats.

  These traditional mounting systems have the disadvantage of being relatively complex to implement.

  There are also pairs of glasses with interchangeable lenses, which also have the disadvantage of not allowing a glass interchange that is simple, easy and quick to achieve.

  The present invention aims to overcome these disadvantages by providing a pair of glasses whose mounting glasses is particularly simple to perform and when these glasses are interchangeable, allowing a simple, easy and quick interchange of these glasses.

  According to the invention, - each lens comprises a first lug and a second lug for its implementation on the mount, and - the frame comprises, for each lens, a boss on which is engaged a helical spring sized to receive in said said first lug of the glass, and an attachment zone for receiving said second lug of the glass, the assembly being shaped so that the spring, after receiving said first lug, can be compressed by moving the glass, so as to allow bringing said second lug facing said hooking zone, then being released so as to allow this second lug to engage with said hooking zone.

  The placing of a glass on the mount according to the invention is thus achieved simply by engaging the first lug in the spring, moving the glass so as to compress the spring to be able to position the second lug in front of said zone. hooking and releasing the spring to allow the latter to achieve the engagement of said second lug with said attachment zone.

  Preferably, the above-mentioned glass, boss, spring and hooking zone are shaped so that the spring is compressed when said second lug engages said hooking zone.

  This compression makes it possible to immobilize the glass relative to the frame.

  Advantageously, the frame comprises a housing for receiving each glass, communicating through a hole with the outside of the frame, and said boss is arranged outside this housing being positioned so that the part of the spring intended to receive said first lug is engaged through this hole when the spring is engaged on the boss.

  The spring is thus particularly easy to set up on the mount, at a location outside the housing for receiving the glass.

  Advantageously, said boss has dimensions such that the spring can be engaged on it with friction, these friction 15 ensuring the maintenance of this spring on this boss.

  It is thus not necessary to provide special fixing of the spring on the boss.

  For a good understanding, the invention is again described below with reference to the attached schematic drawing showing, by way of non-limiting example, a preferred embodiment of the pair of glasses it relates.

  Figure 1 is a perspective view, and Figure 2 is a partial view, in section through a housing arranged in its frame to receive the edge of a glass.

  The figures show a pair of glasses 1, each of whose glasses 2 comprises two lateral lugs 3, 4 arranged at the upper edge of the glass 2.

  Mount 5 comprises two slots in the form of a groove, intended to receive said upper edge of the lenses 2. Each housing delimits, on the nasal side, a cavity 6 intended to receive the glass 2 and opens laterally, on the temporal side, on the outside mount 5 by a hole.

  Opposite this hole, the mount 5 has a base 7 having a boss 8 substantially coaxial with said hole.

  The pair of spectacles 1 further comprises, for each housing, a helical spring 10 having an outer diameter such that it can be engaged and that it can slide in said hole, and an internal diameter such that it can be engaged with friction on the boss 8 at one end and that it can receive the lug 3 in him by its other end.

  The engagement of the spring 10 with friction on the boss 8 and in said hole of the frame makes it possible to put in place this spring which is particularly easy and quick to produce and does not require any particular fixing of the spring 10 on the boss 8.

  As is easily understood, the placing of a lens 2 on the frame 5 is achieved simply by engaging the lug 3 in the spring 10, by moving the lens 2 laterally outwardly of the frame 5 so as to compressing the spring 10 to position the lug 4 in front of the cavity 6 and releasing the glass 2 to allow the spring 10 to engage the lug 4 with the cavity 6.

  The spring 10 remains compressed when the lug 4 is in engagement with the cavity 6, which makes it possible to immobilize the lens 2 with respect to the frame 5.

  As it appears from the foregoing, the invention provides a decisive improvement to the prior art, by providing a pair of glasses whose mounting glasses is particularly simple to perform and, when these glasses are interchangeable, allowing interchange simple, easy and fast of these glasses.

  It goes without saying that the invention is not limited to the embodiment described above by way of example but that it embraces on the contrary all variants within the scope of protection defined by the claims appended.

Claims (4)

  1 - Pair of spectacles (1), characterized in that: - each lens (2) comprises a first lug (3) and a second lug (4) for its positioning on the frame (5), and - the frame (5) comprises, for each lens (2), a boss (8) on which is engaged a helical spring (10) sized to receive in itself said first lug (3) of the lens (2), and an attachment zone (6) for receiving said second lug (4) of the glass (2), the assembly being shaped so that the spring (10), after receiving said first lug (3), can be compressed by moving the glass (2 ), so as to make it possible to bring said second lug (4) opposite said attachment zone (6), then be released so as to allow this second lug (4) to come into engagement with said zone of hanging (6).   2 - Pair of glasses (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the glass (2), the boss (8), the spring (10) and the attachment zone (6) above are shaped so that the spring (10) is compressed when said second lug (4) is engaged with said attachment zone (6).   3 - Pair of spectacles (1) according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized in that its mount (5) comprises a housing for receiving each lens (2), communicating through a hole with the outside of the frame ( 5), and in that said boss (8) is arranged outside this housing being positioned such that the portion of the spring (10) intended to receive said first lug (3) is engaged through this hole when this spring (10) is engaged on the boss (8).   4 - pair of spectacles (1) according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said boss (8) has dimensions such that the spring (10) can be engaged on it with friction, these friction ensuring the maintaining this spring (10) on this boss (8).
