Abstract
Description
DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing musical instruments, more specifically the family of sliding wind instruments, essentially the Trombone.
In the current traditional use of the Trombone, the sound is the result of the displacement of the slide therefore the only way to obtain successive detached sounds is by licking tongues in the mouth. Control is difficult, both in terms of velocity and fatigue that results if the execution is prolonged over time.
The device according to the invention makes it possible to facilitate the technique of the instrument and to obtain a detachment of more precise and faster sounds (without additional fatigue of the mouthpiece) without change of notes, unlike the existing trombones with piston .
The technical possibilities make it possible to approach musical fields reserved until today for other families of instruments. It is important to note that the device is an accessory that is added to the traditional instrument and therefore that also allows to keep the normal use practiced until today.
The device is presented in a precise manner: - With a mouth - B piston receiving jacket - C adjusting screw - D piston guide (grooving of the piston) - E return spring - F orifice allowing the passage of air which determines detached from the sound - G piston - H fixed key guided by D - I screw (connected to K) - K piston plunger The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: - FIG. 1 shows in section the device of the invention scale 1. - FIG. 2 represents in different section scale 1, options which make it possible to change the sound result with different pistons having different orifices and liners at different places in the mouth.
The entire production may be machined in bronze and brass identical to the manufacture of copper type wind instruments.
REVENDICATIONS
FIG.l In summary, the present invention relates to a device making it possible to modulate the triggering of sound without variation of the pitch of sound on sliding wind instruments, characterized by a mouth (A), crossed thereafter by a conical part by a piston (G) [presenting different orifices (F)], sliding in a jacket (B), the pusher allowing to actuate the piston which goes up thanks to the spring (E). FIG.1 The piston (G) has orifices (F) which determine, depending on their size and location, characteristic pistons which will give different sound results. FIG.2 The shirt (B) can be moved to different places after the mouth (A) .FIG.2 1) Device allowing to modulate the triggering of the sound without variation of the pitch of the sound on the wind instruments to slide, characterized by a mouth (A), crossed after the conical part by a piston (G) [having different orifices (F)], sliding in a jacket (B), the pusher (K) allowing to actuate the piston which goes up thanks to the spring (E). fig.l
