Abstract

The spatula (1) is in the form of a curved tongue (4) attached by a stem (3) to a disc (2) connected by a groove (5) or a patch of doublesided adhesive to the inner surface of a pot lid (6).   The present invention relates to a device for instantly taking without constraints dermatological, pharmaceutical, cosmetic substances contained in jars.

  Generally, the care creams packaged in this type of packaging are taken directly with the fingers.

  By force, the contact of the fingers in these preparations causes their loss of efficiency due to lack of hygiene.

  For others, such as sticky substances for hair, the repeated use of the fingers by one or more people, puts the jar in an unpleasant condition of use in addition to the lack of care.

  The spatulas delivered in some jar packaging have not really found their place for optimal use.

  Indeed, they give off the appearance of a single-use service.

  Their use does not last and when kept they tempt the user to use them in several pots.

  The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks. According to a first characteristic, it indeed has a spatula of lesser thickness curved in a semicircle which can be kept permanently inside a pot.

  The spatula which avoids the user to plunge his fingers into the pot, is provided at its upper end with a plate which can be connected to the inside of the lid of a pot and at its lower end with a lunar fin to serve the substance outside the pot when it is dissociated from its lid. 25 So when the user unscrews and tightens the lid of a jar, his gesture instantly gives the turntable a rotational movement in the opening and closing directions. This action allows the fin to rotate around the internal walls and to carry out the pick-up movement instead of the fingers even for the last substances at the end of the jar.

  It is in a primary and usual gesture of opening a jar, that the user instantly causes the service of the substance outside, the fin impregnated with substance allows him to easily take a sufficient amount in better hygienic conditions. 3 5

  According to particular embodiments: -2 -the plate predestined to be embedded in the internal wall of the pot lid can be done by a double-sided self-adhesive action, a first face to be fixed on the upper part of the plate and a second face to be glued inside the cover.

  FIG. 5 represents a variant of this device.

  With reference to these drawings, the spatula (1) in FIG. 1 comprises a plate (2), a rod (3), a fin (4).

  The plate (2) fig.2 represents the upper part of the spatula (1).

  It is connected in the groove (5) fig.3 of the inner wall of a cover (6) of the pot (7).

  The rod (3) and the fin (4) in the pot (7) fig. 3 are such that as soon as the rotation action is carried out when the cover is screwed on and off, 15 (6) a rotational movement of the spatula (1) fig. 3 takes place inside the pot (7), the fin (4) rotates around the entire circumference without touching the internal walls or the bottom of the pot, thus making it possible to sweep and bring back the last substances.

  In the embodiment according to FIG. 5, the plate (2) is provided on its upper part with an adhesive paste (8) to allow optional use, the face (9) glued on the upper part of the plate (2 ) and a second face (10) protected by a removable film (11) ready for use to be fixed to the internal wall of a cover.

  By way of nonlimiting example, the end of the fin (4) will have a separation of the order of 1.5 mm with the internal walls of a pot, a thickness of the order of 1 mm and a width of the order of 7 mm The device according to the invention is particularly intended for serving the dermatological, pharmaceutical, cosmetic substances contained in jars. -3

  1) Device for instantly withdrawing a dose of a product such as a dermatological or cosmetic care cream, contained in a jar, said device being intended to preserve hygiene and efficiency when using said product, characterized in that it consists of a plate (2) provided with a rod (3) and a fin (4) in the form of a crescent moon housed integrally with the cover (6) of the pot (7).   2) Device according to claim n'l characterized in that the plate (2) is integral with the cover (6) via the groove (5).   3) Device according to any one of the preceding claims 10 characterized in that the upper part of the plate (2) is provided with a self-adhesive paste (8) on two layers, one of which (9) is bonded to the upper part of the plate (2) and the other (10) is provided with a removable protection (11).   4) Spatula (1) ready for use intended to be incorporated into the lid of a jar of a product such as a dermatological, pharmaceutical or cosmetic care cream, characterized in that it consists of a platinum (2 ) provided that a rod (3) and a fin (4) in the shape of a crescent moon
