Description

The present invention relates to an electronic door entry device.

  Conventionally, such a device comprises a first part and at least a second part remote from the first. The first part is located at an access to any room controlled by locking means, such as for example a door of a building controlled by an electric strike. The second part (s) are located, for example, in each of the apartments in the building. The first part comprises audiophonic means and means for calling up one of the second parts and the second part or parts include audiophonic means and control means to

  distance from the access locking system.

  In order to allow their operation, the first and second part (s) are connected by means of transfer of information adapted to allow the transfer of a call signal emitted by the call means integrated in the first part and a control signal emitted by the means of

  remote control of the locking system, integrated in the second part.

  The first part 4 and the second part 6 are connected by

  Thus, under the action of a visiting user, the call means 12 integrated in the first part 4, send a call signal to the second part

  The reception of this call signal results for example in the emission of an audible signal by the audiophonic means 14 of the second part 6 of the device 2, for the attention of a user residing in the apartment in which the

second part 6 is established.

  As described above, following the transmission of this call signal, and in the case where the resident user uses the audio means 14 of the second part 6 of the device 2, an audio link is established between the audio means 10 of the first part 4 and the audio means 14 of the second part 6, through the means of

  transfer of information 18, in order to allow an exchange of audio information between the resident user and the visiting user.

  In the case where the resident user wishes to authorize access to the building, he actuates the control means 16 which emit a control signal to the locking system 8 in order to allow access to

voice mail device 20.
