Abstract

Outer packaging (1) is provided with a weakened zone (3) and a tongue which enables it to be easily opened by tearing. There is an inner packaging (2). Oxygen and ambient humidity are stopped and the humidity of the product ingredients contained in the inner packaging is concentrated between the two packages in a space containing a food gas. In the event of thermal shock the condensation (4) produced is fixed on the inner part of the outer packaging and does not contact the product in the inner packaging.
