1 - Method for identifying and signaling people, characterized in that it consists in equipping the person concerned with a personalized labeling type device which gives, on request, sufficient information for said identification or a simple instruction which allows to a third party at a time to come to the aid of the said person while avoiding any gestures or actions prejudicial to that person

2-Identification and signaling method as defined in 1, characterized in that it consists in trivializing said device and in including it in the main characteristics of the clothing effects of the person concerned.
