Abstract

The frame has a base on which are mounted seat supports , lifting supports and a partial or total body support with a load control. The base (16) has brakes, balancers and rollers. Vertical uprights (3/6) are mounted on the base at fixed or variable angles and support a sliding frame (1/6) which is hinged and retractable (5/6) to rigidify the support. The ends of the uprights have articulated arms and they can carry orthopaedic accessories which can be selectively fixed to the lifting assembly.

The present invention relates to an orthopedic appliance, intended for people with reduced mobility.

 It allows - verticalization, pedestrian self-propulsion, - sitting in complete safety, - rehabilitation in medically assisted walking, - and aims at the autonomy of disabled people.

It makes it possible to pass from the sitting position to the standing position, either alone or assisted by a lifting mechanism, whether this person is in a car, on a bed, or any other.

 It makes it possible to maintain the "standing" position in complete safety, thanks to its encroachment, and its perfect adaptation to the morphology of each individual (because all the parts are modular).

 It cancels all possibilities of imbalance, and falls, while leaving the use of the two upper limbs.

With its seat, it offers the possibility of being always present and usable while serving as additional security thanks to its modular attachments according to the morphology of each individual.

 It makes it possible to restore mobility to a disabled person who can use at least one leg, even if the power of the latter is considerably reduced, also giving him back his autonomy.

 It also makes it possible to participate in the rehabilitation of a person, and to be the basic element, it is interesting from a medical point of view, because provided with a weighing system, it permanently indicates the load supported by the 'apparatus. It reduces the ground support from zero to one hundred percent thanks to its lifting system.

In orthopedics and functional rehabilitation, it must find a privileged place, because it avoids all risk of accidental injury, overload, and fall.

 It can be used with its added uprights, to maintain the static of the back, and serve as a lifting device according to the model chosen, it is possible to add all the lifting elements either manual or mechanical, the control can be manual , or electric, and placed either on the right or on the left according to the handicap of the person.

 It can be equipped with a leggings, and a calle feet, allowing a leg to be fully supported, with the greatest comfort.

In addition, all the settings of this device are accessible and likely to be made by the disabled person without outside help, as it is designed in addition to offer greater autonomy.

This device is scalable because we can add several elements necessary for a person's state of disability. It consists of a basic element board 1/6 which is an improved variant of a walker and it evolves into a body support device board 2 / 6-4 / 6
Its base plate 1/6 (6) and plate 3/6 (24) consists of rigid elements determining a perimeter of march without obstacle. it is made up of casters, brakes and 1/6 rebalancing (1 and 2).

All the controls of this device are at hand, they are
operated either on the left side or on the right side. These different settings
can be done by a disabled person alone or by a person
exterior according to the posibilities.

In addition to the basic element board 1, a lifting mechanism is
integrated into the 2/6 board upright (10), i.e. outside e.g. plate 3/6 (26).

This lifting mechanism offers the possibility of being blocked at any
moment of its stroke of the arm supports. II can result in its
development of all or part of the aforementioned elements (table table 2/6 (11),
plank seat 2/6 (14), etc.) by simply locking or unlocking these
elements (on its mobile part). It therefore offers the possibility of verticalizing a
person by the arms
by the seat and or by the table. In addition, the pressure exerted by the
mechanism can be quantifiable and at this stage it serves as a
rehabilitation of the lower limbs.

After an operation, for example, or a trauma, a person with the most
often "entitled" to partial support according to the development or regression of their
pathology. This device can offer this assistance and control
permanent charge. It is used to weigh the person and thanks to its mechanism

All these possibilities of variable angles offer a perfect adaptability to the size of any individual, responds and compensates for their deficiencies.

By its telescopic (or other) design, the table easily adapts to an angular change thanks to its sleeves (or other) and its locking system (as mentioned above) 5/6 board (2).
