Abstract

The shelter comprises a hollow post (2) and a panel, formed from metal laths (9), which is fixed by bolts to the post. The post has in its top part an opening (7) and two holes (8, 10). A plate (13,14) partially partitioning the opening has two orifices which are superposed on the holes to fix it to the post. The panels forming the shelter cannot easily be dismantled from the post by vandals.

La présente invention concerne des abris essentiellement destines à un usage public. I1 s'agit d'abris dont la fonction peut être d'abriter des personnes du public ou d'abris uont la fonction est de cacher un matériel quelconque, par exemple, des conteneurs à déchets. Dans ce dernier cas, on emploie volontiers les termes de cache-conteneur pour désigner l'abri. The present invention relates to shelters essentially intended for public use. Un abri 1 ainsi monté ne peut être démonté avec facilité. En effet, pour démonter un tel abri 1 il serait nécessaire d'utiliser une pince, d'écarter les branches articulées de cette pince pour saisir la partie 18 restante de l'écrou 17 et de resserrer très fortement lesdites branches pour que ladite partie 18 soit maintenue fermement lors d'un dévissage. Or, de telles pinces ont de larges dimensions qui ne sont pas compatibles avec la largeur de l'ouverture 7 partiellement cloisonnée par la plaque 11 qui est inférieure à 50 mm environ. Claims

1. Shelter (1) comprising at least one hollow post (2), at least one panel (3) and means (16) for fixing said panel (3) to said post t2), characterized in that the post (2) has, on the one hand, over part of its height, an opening (7) and, on the other hand, two through holes (8), and in that a plate (11) partially partitioning the opening (7 ), pierced with at least two orifices (12), is fixed to said post (2), by these orifices (12) superimposed on the holes (8) by said fixing means (16).

2. Shelter (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the posts (2) show a polygonal section.

3. Shelter (1) according to claim 2, characterized in that the posts (2) show an octagonal section.

4. Shelter (1) according to one of claims 1, G or 3, characterized in that the fixing means ('6) are constituted by safety bolts comprising on the one hand, a screw (20) and, on the other hand, a nut (17) composed of a hemispherical part (18) and a brittle part (21).

5. Shelter (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the height of the plate (11) is at least equal to two thirds of the width of the opening (7).
