Abstract

Tile supporting panel has a sandwich structure with built-in rafters, rigid upper and lower surfaces (4) and inner thermal insulation material (2). Preferably the upper layer is covered with a corrugated bitumen sheet material (1), shaped to receive the round tiles. When the panels are laid side by side the joints between them are covered and sealed by corrugated bitumen strips (5,6) to maintain the continuity of the corrugated surface. The panel is made in various lengths but has a constant width; the lower surface layer is a wood-based material or plaster-board, and the insulation is expanded or extruded polystyrene, polyurethane, or glass or rock wool.

Description

ROOFING COMPONENT FOR ROUND TILES
The invention relates to a carrier-insulating roofing component intended to support round tiles.

Most of the existing roofing components are intended for laying mechanical tiles, steel trays, or any roofing on wooden or steel battens or rafters. These products are classified according to two families: sandwich panels and seasoned panels.

As for the rare roofing components intended to support the round tile while already ensuring waterproofing, they are heavy, one-dimensional, and only offer an underside of the ceiling; their upper part being either fiber cement (with asbestos) or PVC.

The present invention relates to a roofing component intended to support round tiles, this component being basically a seasoned panel. This one differs from the others in that it offers a choice of several ceilings: plasterboard ctbh paneling or "heraklite" (registered trademark) etc.
The choice of length dimensions and the choice of insulation: polyurethane, expanded or extruded polystyrene, glass or rock wool.

Its upper surface consists of a completely waterproof element in rigid bitumen comprising waves which wedge the tiles.

The present invention is presented firstly by the situation on the roofing component of a corrugated bitumen plate fixed at the factory. (1)

The underside of the component acting as a ceiling may be made of agglomerated wood or any material usually intended to cover the ceilings (7).

The product thus manufactured, entitled, roofing component for round tiles is offered in fixed width but according to different lengths which can be envisaged by the needs of the site or the possibilities of the manufacturer.

This roofing component will be considered as capable of sealing the roof even before having installed the round tiles provided for finishing.

1) Roofing component intended to support round tiles, characterized in that it uses as a structure a sandwich panel with incorporated rafters (2) inserting thermal insulation on which is disposed a rigid plate (4) receiving a corrugated plate which receives the round tiles. 2) Component according to claim 1 characterized in that the upper part of the finished component is a corrugated bituminous plate permanently fixed; (1) This plate alone protrudes about 14 cm from the carrier component in order to seal the next panel in the longitudinal direction. 3) assembly of components according to claim 2 characterized in that the lateral connections between components are made by bituminous strips produced according to a profile allowing to maintain a continuity of undulation and sealing between panels, these strips having two possible profiles according to whether they are placed to the left or right of the component.
