Abstract

A supple bag can be held open or closed by two handles (1,2) which are fit round the top opening of the sack. The radius of the outer handle is greater than that of the inner handle. The handles are assembled by buckles (3) at the ends of the outer handle (1) closing on triangular buckles (4) at the ends of the inner handle. During their assembly a compression is introduced into the outer handle when its two buckles are brought together to be closed on the triangular buckles. The bases of the triangular buckles are larger than the other buckles such that they retain them and maintain the compression in the outer handle.

Description

 The present invention relates to a device made of semi-rigid material, difficult to deform manually, applicable to containers (of the flexible bag or net type) transportable manually, in the form of a double handle acting as a spring opening / closing.

The objectives of the device are to allow the maximum opening of a bag or net of flexible material held in one hand to be maintained and complete freedom for the second hand to fill the container and to ensure that the container is closed at rest or during transport.

The bags / nets under consideration (such as sports ball nets) are traditionally devoid of rigid closures / openings and therefore cannot be kept fully open held by one hand.

The device according to the invention makes it possible to remedy this drawback. According to a first characteristic, it has two handles. These 2 handles include loops at the ends, which interlock and form the 2 joints of the device.

 When the 2 parts are assembled. the handle E would have been tensioned by reducing its radius by bringing the 2 ends closer together and the loops of the handle E are closed on the loops of the handle I. The 2 handles are held together by the fact that the loop I, in the shape of a triangle, passes through the loop E with its base on the outside of the device, retaining the loop E, the dimensions of which are less than the length of this base and therefore now 1 handle E under compression stress.

In an application such as the net / basket / bag, the double-handle acting as closure of the container, its opening and re-closing is carried out by holding in each hand one of the handles by its middle and by moving them apart. or by bringing them together, the triangular shape of the loops I allowing the loops E to slide on the sides of the triangles in the direction of their apices situated at the limits of the curved part of the handle I, thus unlocking the handle I and allowing its devolution about 1800.

Each loop passes through half of the last cracks. These stitches are attached by a cord passing through them and surrounding the loop by a knot. Each stitch at the top of the net is thus fixed on the double-loop and held on the previous and next stitch card by a tension in the cord around the 2 deployed handles.

With reference to these drawings, the device comprises an external handle (1) and an internal handle (2).

The outer handle ends in 2 identical loops (3) which are closed on the 2 triangular loops (4) of the inner handle. The flexible net is kept taut, attached to the double-handle by a cord (5).

The device according to the invention is particularly intended for sports ball nets.
