Abstract

The container is divided into as many compartments (3) with vertical walls (1), narrowing towards the same pole as there are distinct products (ABC). At the end of each of these compartments is a first hole (2) and a rotating head fixed on the container. The rotating head has a series of circular holes of various diameters which are placed over the first holes when rotated. These holes then enable modifying of the flow from the compartments and creating different mixture proportions. The first holes are wider in order to provide a particular product flow speed. The container can be filled with several refills forming the pieces of a puzzle enclosed in a second container. The refills have a curved foot forming, with their wall, a clamp for holding the base of the wall of the second container.

Description

The present invention relates to a device to make different products, each allocated to a compartment (3) different at different rates. Thereby otenir more desired mixing ratios from a same container (fig 2), and the dose desired by simple mental counting seconds.

In the current circumstances, we must buy, for composite products, packaging for each desired mixture, which creates many drawbacks.

But thanks to that type of device it is possible to buy a single package to a large number of mixtures, because the work the mixture is no longer ensured by the industrial packaging but it is sufficient to reverse during a predetermined time to obtain a certain amount of the mixture which has been selected based on the orientation of the head (fig.1). Indeed, the product sold is redécomposé initially in simple products to go into a compartment (5) separate. All these compartments (3) are in the same container (Fig 2). Each compartment (3) has at the edge and on the same side of an orifice (2) (ABC ...). All of these holes (2) (ABC ...) are placed enunendoit common on top of the container.The top of the container receives a head (fig 1) with the edge several groups of orifices (5) (A'B'C ...) different in diamêtre. Each port (5) (ABC ...) component group fits above each orifice (2) (ABC ...) corresponding to each of the compartments (3) whose diameter was wider. Thereby varying the final opening of all compartments (3), and therefore the flow velocity of all the products, thus varying the proportions of the mixture created.

Referring to these drawings, the device comprises a container (fig 2) with compartments (3) or a set of refills (7) whose walls (1) are vertical and converge at a tangent to the edge cecle top of the container where a hole is (2) (ABC ...) common to all the compartments (3). the compartmented container (Fig 2) comprises a bottom, with the refills (7) an appendix. Refills (7) are profiled according to the occupied portion in the container and have a bent foot (8) .A round head (Fig 1) is applied to the compartmented container (fig 2) or on the cylinder which receives the refill ( 7) forming the subdivision. This head has on top a number of groups of orifices (5) (A'B'C '...) corresponding in number to the number of compatiments. These orifices (5) (A'B'C '...) are separated by a small margin (not shown in the drawing) and make the turn of the head (Fig 1). This head also has a wide border (6) with internal grooves going around the rim (6). And that will be used to attach to the protrusions around the container.

In each compartment (3) or refill (7) were different fluid products. Once we selected the orientation of the head (Fig 1) after the proportions indicated on the container, there are opposite each orifice (2) (A) each of the compartments (3) of ports (5) (a ') of a specific group of the head (fig 1) which has a specific diameter. Which, when the container returns, gives a specific flow rate of each of these orifices (5) (A'B'C '...). Thus each compartment (3) is emptied has a different speed and gives the proportion actually indicated on the container by the manufacturer which was adjusted diameters.

Every second will match the total amount also calculated by the manufacturer who can then indicate or give the number of seconds it takes for the application.

Using a transparant material is recommended for checking the fill level of the compartments.

According to particular embodiments: -Cloisons (1) and container (Fig 2) can be done in one (injection) or more pieces (partitions placed in grooves or ridges), or be formed through several meeting refills (7) constituting the puzzle pieces and of a cylinder.

-The refills (7) are simple without bottle neck or which may have a very very short neck for supporting a sealing join (inverted U-shaped section) which can be closed by a lid.

-The openings (5) (A'B'C '...) of the head (fig 1) can be simple perforations or preferences small bottlenecks (4) which moreover can be slightly inclined to give a horizontal position to the orifices during manual déversage.

This device will provide automatic mixing in several choices proportion, different fluid products into granules, powder, liquids.

Example of industrial application; automatic mixing of Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, Manganese component engrais.Un the same package may in this case be used to feed more physiologically very different plant with a varied choice of mixtures.

Claims (5)

1) A device for automatically obtaining different proportions of mixtures of several fluid products in granular, powder, liquid, characterized in that it comprises a container (Fig 2) compartments (3) in as many different products (ABC etc ... ) whose compartments (3) each and the same side of a first port (2), and a rotary head (Figure 1) fixed on the container (fig 2) which has at edge several choices of end openings (5), diameters are different from each other and which will be applied to the first openings (2) which were wider, to give each a flow rate of the particular product.

2) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the compartmented container can be made of the assembly of several refills (7) forming the pieces of a puzzle or not enclosed in a second container.

3) Device according to claim 2 characterized in that said refill (7) has a bent foot (8) forming with the wall thereof a clamp to hold the bottom of the wall of the second container without bottom, which then has a planned appendix to this effect.

4) Device according to claim 1 in that some orifices (5) groups (ABC ...) can be sometimes absent.

5) Device according to claim 4 in that also a group of orifices (5) (A'B'C '...) can fail to the closed position.
