Abstract

A process for applying markings to the surface of injection moulded thermoplastics, esp. polyolefins, wherein before injection moulding is carried out, the injection mould is lined with a sheet of a composite material comprising a film of plastics material bearing the markings backed with a structure serving to provide mechanical anchorage of the thermoplastic material injected into the mould to the film carrying the markings.
