Abstract

L'invention concerne le conditionnement de produits de volumes inégaux. Le but de l'invention est de conditionner ceux-ci dans des emballages de type standard, selon un empilement stable et rigoureusement maintenu. Ce but est atteint à l'aide d'un procédé caractérisé en ce que: - on amène au-dessus et dans un plan sensiblement parallèle à la face ouverte de la caisse (1) vide, un film (5) en matière synthétique rétractable, - on positionne au-dessus dudit film (5) une cale (30) présentant, par rainage, sur deux de ses côtés opposés, deux ailes pourvues de moyens d'autoverrouillage (110) dans des ouvertures (90) complémentaires prévues dans les parois correspondantes de la caisse, - on introduit par pression ladite cale (30) dans la caisse en entraînant simultanément le film jusqu'à ce que se produise son auto-verrouillage, - on dispose le lot de produits, - on rabat les bords du film et, - on provoque sa rétraction.The invention relates to the packaging of products of unequal volumes.
