Abstract

Assembly device making it possible to obtain a complete package as a kit (container and wedging) used for suspending, by non-visible parts, various objects whose visible parts are of delicate appearance. The invention relates to a device making it possible to suspend products of various shape in such a way as to stabilize them by wedging and to prevent the visible aspects from being in contact with other materials by providing a better resistance to compression on the six faces of the package. It is constituted by a box (1) made of cardboard, wood or PVC used as a container and as external protection. It then suffices to insert and position the wedging (2) inside the box by causing it to stand on the internal bottom of the box, which wedging, by means of its cutouts (3), will be used for suspending the object and wedging it without any stress. The correct holding of the wedging once placed in the box will be carried out by tabs (4) formed on the two large flaps (5), these tabs lodging in the windows (6) cut out in the four turnbacks (7) once the cut out sections serving a support have been shaped and they may have variable shapes according to the appearance of the object. The device according to the invention is particularly intended for transporting objects subject to distortion and which are of delicate appearance, without risk using this new technique; it will therefore allow greatly reduced and less expensive management given that only the cutout may change depending on the objects and that deliveries will be made to the user as a complete assembly.

Description

The present invention relates to a packaging and wedging device forming a set (kit) for positioning and self-locking objects of fragile appearance suspended on non-visible parts and thus avoiding any contact of the object with d 'other materials on these fragile and visible parts, also to eliminate the risk of deformation of the parts because they will always be positioned naturally and without constraint, and thus having only one product to manage.

The device according to the invention overcomes these drawbacks, it in fact comprises an assembly consisting of a box to be shaped and a setting to be mounted coming to be positioned inside the latter on the bottom.

The user will then only have to position the object on the cut parts worked according to the shapes of the part to be packaged, once this operation has been carried out, the object will be self-locked in suspension on these non-visible parts, l he final anchoring of the part will be done naturally by closing the box. All operations are particularly studied to reduce handling as much as possible and thus avoid management costs well known in the use of other principles.
