L'invention concerne un support rigide pour conditionnement de produit alimentaire. Le support comporte quatre couches : une première couche d'aluminium, une âme en carton antiabsorbant, une couche de buvard imprégné d'un mélange inhibiteur de bactéries, une deuxième couche d'aluminium sur laquelle repose le produit alimentaire, cette dernière étant percée d'une pluralité de microperforations dont les dimensions, la répartition et la densité assurent le bon écoulement de l'exsudat sans que, pour cela, le produit soit trop desséché. L'invention s'applique à l'emballage de produits alimentaires susceptibles d'exsuder.The invention relates to a rigid support for packaging a food product. The invention applies to the packaging of food products liable to exude.
