Description
L'invention concerne le traitement de contenants de vin champagnisé. The invention relates to the treatment of champagne wine containers.
L'invention a pour objet une machine automatique en ligne pour soumettre des contenants à quatre opérations consécutives. The subject of the invention is an automatic on-line machine for subjecting containers to four consecutive operations.
Actuellement, il n'existe pas de machine entièrement automatique pour les petites cadences de 200 à 1000 contenants par heure pour faire les quatre opérations qui sont: le dégorgement, le vidangeage, le dosage et le remplissage mise à niveau des contenants. Dans plusieurs secteurs d'activité vinicole, les contenants sont soumis à plusieurs opérations successives. Généralement, ces opérations successives sont effectuées par des machines automatiques ou semi-automatiques qui effectuent chacune une des opérations à effectuer. Au dégorgement, il n'existe aucune maîtrise du vin et le contrôle de présence de capsule ou de bidule s'effectue en dehors du poste de dégorgement.Le transfert des contenants s'effectue sur un carroussel rotatif ce qui implique un ou des rodages parfaits au risque de communication entre la liqueur et le vin, ou le changement d'opération s'effectue en dirigeant plusieurs fois les contenants dans un ou plusieurs carroussels. Le changement des équipements pour le travail de différents contenants est fastidieux.
