Abstract

GLASS BOTTLE FOR CARBONATED OR NON-CARBONATED BEVERAGES, COMPRISING A SLIGHTLY STRANGLED BODY IN THE MIDDLE AND HAVING THE MOUTHPIECE OF A GLASS CLOSED PARTIALLY AT LEAST ON A HALF WITH A LANGUAGE IN PART OF THE BODY WHICH IS MADE IN GLASS, IN PLASTIC MATERIAL, EITHER IN METAL. THIS LANGUAGE OF GLASS Y BETWEEN THE LIQUID AND THE CAPSULE, PREVENTS THIS CAPSULE FROM HAVING TO SUPPORT THE VERTICAL PRESSURE OF A GASEOUS LIQUID.

THE BODY OF THE GLASS BOTTLE RECEIVES A LIGHT METALLIC CAPSULE OR PLASTIC, FULLY SELF-EJECTING AND SET ON THE OUTSIDE EDGE OF THE GLASS BOTTLE AROUND ITS MOUTHPIECE. THE CAPSULE IS EJECTED BY THE EXTRACTION OF A RING CARRYING WITH IT A PART OF THE CAPSULE CUT ON A LINE OF WEAKNESS.

Description

The object according to the invention is a conf'itionment for carbonated and non-carbonated drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

The glass bottle is a bottle that avoids intake
'a glass, because it has the main characteristics
its mouth. The object is manufactured, filled with its content, encapsulated and then marketed. The consumer, by purchasing the object, has in his hand a bottle whose upper part is as wide as a glass. When he ejects the capsule he discovers a glass filled with his drink. I1 allows you to drink directly from the glass by packaging, the object has 2 separable parts.

I- The body.

2- The capsule.

I- The body
It is primarily glass but can be made of another material. (Plastic, Natal).

It is hollow in order to receive its content. It has the shape of a strangled bottle approximately in the middle of its height, this facilitating its handling. I1 has the round mouth of a glass in at least half a circumference. I1 is closed in its bulk by its walls, its bottom and partially at its mouth.

Figure I shows us a vertical section of the object (A. B.

E. T.) in 2 symmetrical parts. We can observe the constriction (R) which facilitates the handling of the object.

This constriction also makes it possible to channel the pressure (P) of a gaseous liquid such as beer in the center of the object. The figure
I shows us that the object is closed in its mass at its bottom (E.

T.), at its walls and at its mouth (C to D), by a tongue (Y) secured to the body of the object and of the same material. This tongue (Y) covers half of the mouth of the object (O. A.

N. Fig 3), and curves towards the inside of the other half, closing off about half of it and leaving (in X. Fig I. 2. 3.) another opening between its edge (D. C 'D ') and the interior wall of the object's body (in D. D' fig 2. 3.) this opening corresponds to the passage of the liquid for bottling and its consumption. The tongue (Y) is used above all to support almost all of the vertical pressure exerted by a gaseous liquid, which prevents the liquid from exerting its pressure directly on the capsule of the object. Figure I shows us that the pressure (P) rises by concentrating at the level (R then this pressure is released in (P 'and P) in the upper part of the object. This pressure almost meets the language (Y ) the rest of the pressure passing in X towards the capsule. The tongue (Y) has two holes (a and b) (Fig. 2. 3. 4.) of ventilation for a better escape of the liquid in the opening X These holes also serve as a passage for one or two straws.

The outer rim of the mouth of the object has a hollow zone (S Fig I) over its entire circumference, for crimping the capsule.

II- The Capsule
It is either metallic or plastic. It is fully self-ejecting. It is crimped in the crimping groove (S) fig I. of the object, and at two points (V and V ') Fig I2) diametrically - opposite and which are two notches below the crimping level (S).

It has a line of weakness (Fig 8. I2. E- F- a-b-c-d.) Interspersed with strong points (a; b. C.). When the consumer pulls on the extraction ring A, which is welded, it forms a body with the lower edge of the capsule, this edge is cut from E to F, then from F to A, the strong point is loose, the cut is continues until B, b loose then from b to c, C loose then the cutting continues from C to D on the surface of the capsule, thus separated in two, the capsule ejects entirely. When the consumer pulls on the ring A, the capsule does not rotate because it is blocked by its two crimping points (V and V '). The capsule is of light manufacture, enough to be cut easily at its line of weakness, but also strong enough to withstand the little pressure exerted on it. - Figure 9 shows an exploded view in I, and a section from A to B in 2. The capsule is fitted on its inner flat side with a tongue CL) for sealing coming to conform to the shape of the rim of the object ( AT.

O. B. N. Fig 3) over its entire circumference. The trace of the line of weakness may in fact be located at any level of the capsule, provided that the ejection is carried out in the same way that the system is identical. An ejection ring, a line of weak cutting and total extraction of the capsule by spacing of two parts.

Claims (7)

  1. - The body whose mouth is partially closed by a tongue (Y) attached to the body.
i - Glass bottle constituting a packaging for carbonated and non-carbonated drinks, and which has the mouth of a glass characterized in that it consists of two separable parts:
     - The capsule which is crimped on the outer rim of the mouth of the body, is fully self-ejecting.
  2. 2 - Glass bottle according to claim n 1 characterized in that it has the mouth of a glass and that it is closed at its mouth on at least half a circumference by a tongue (Y) integral with the body .
  3. 3 - Bouteille-verre.selon claims 1 and 2 characterized in that the body is made either of glass, or plastic or metal.
  4. 4 - Glass bottle according to claims I, 2, 3 characterized in that the vertical pressure produced upwards by a gaseous liquid almost completely exerts on the tongue (Y), which allows a relatively light capping of thin metal or in plastic.
  5. 5 - Glass bottle according to all of the preceding claims, characterized in that the corpa; is throttled towards the middle of its height) on the one hand for an easier grip of the glass bottle, and on the other -part in the case of a carbonated drink by the direction it gives to the pressure on the tongue and not on the capsule.
  6. 6 - Glass bottle according to claim 5 characterized by a throttle (R) which is not necessary in the case where the content is not a carbonated drink.
  7. 7 - Glass bottle according to all of the preceding claims characterized in that the tongue (Y) has at least one small hole you for the passage of air and possibly for the passage of straw ulva.
