Abstract

The invention relates to a method employing ribbed cardboard panels used as permanent equipment and as a template for the building shell and the finishings, at the same time as an internal finishing of the wall. The method employs corrugated cardboard panels which are stabilised and made flat in the factory and comprise the necessary cuttings and pockets. These panels are shaped using conventional packaging techniques (stapling, tabs, adhesive bonding ...), the internal face 1 is prepainted, the ribs 2 are used as stiffeners and as a template and are provided with perforations 4 enabling the reinforcement 3 to be fastened, and with openings enabling the mortar to be introduced. The method according to the invention is particularly intended for concrete construction.

Elles sont largement ajourées dans leur partie centrale pour assurer un passage aisé du béton.Les précadres (4) sont agrafés dans les réservations et sur les rabats issus du panneau plan.Les goussets (5) sont mis en forme et agrafés, ils reçoivent les solivages de toiture qui participent à la rigidité de l'ensemble avant bétonnage.L'armature extérieure (3) est constituée de roseaux ou branchages enfilés à travers des perforations
des nervures. Une armature intérieure(7) est constituée de
pieux de bois fichés dans le sol,qui constitueront un con
treventement à l'intérieur du mur. Une armature en grilla

face intérieure du carton. Le treillis est déployé et
accroché sur toute la surface de la façade, d'une part
sur les perforations des nervures, d'autrepart par liga
tures sur les fers en attente(9). Le bétonnage se fait ici
par projection du mortier de ciment qui vient buter contre
les panneaux d'isolation thermique et enrober le treillis
métallique.
