Abstract

Description

Bag holder handle
The present invention relates to a bag-carrying handle intended to facilitate the transport and the handling of bags provided with carrying handles.

We know that when shopping in a big box store, we very often find ourselves in possession of several bags containing the foodstuffs, articles or products acquired. Similarly, when making successive purchases in several small stores or shops, one is generally led to carry many bags at the same time. These bags which can have various shapes, dimensions and contents and carrying handles executed with different shapes and materials are difficult to transport by hand, because the latter must grip and hold firmly, during the duration of pedestrian transport, a number more or less important pairs of carrying handles.

On the other hand, when the bags have been placed, for example to place them in the trunk of a motor car, or to make the choice or payment for purchases, we must, to grab them again, take them back in hand by hand, taking into account that their carrying handles sagged and dispersed as soon as they were released.

An object of the present invention is to remedy the drawbacks arising from the conditions in which the bags provided with carrying handles are transported and handled.

This objective is achieved, according to the invention, by means of a bag-carrying handle which is remarkable in that it comprises a graspable part or handle itself and a suspension hook rigidly integral with said graspable part and, preferably, forms a single piece with the latter.

 Thanks to this device, it is possible to conveniently carry several bags with a single handle.

Another advantage of this device lies in the fact that when the transported bags are placed, the carrying handles of the latter remain assembled by means of said device, the suspension hook of which retains them in the manner of a hook, so that all of these bags can then be instantly picked up.

Finally, it is emphasized that the bag-carrying handle according to the invention is very simple, that it can be produced economically in any plastic material having the desired robustness and lightness, and that it also has reduced dimensions allowing its accommodation in a handbag or in the pocket of a garment.

Reference is made to said drawings to describe an example of an interesting, although in no way limiting, embodiment of the bag-carrying handle which is the subject of the present invention.

This handle is preferably made in one piece, by molding1 in any plastic material having the desired robustness and lightness.
