Abstract

A rubber bellows for enclosing an articulated joint and having integral cuffs for clamping to the rods extending from the joints, has at least one cuff with a local wall thickness at least 1.4 times greater than that of the walls of the bellows and a bore 0.7-0.9 times the diam. of the supporting rod over which the cuffs is to be fitted.
