THE BINDER COMPOSITION ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION IS AN AQUEOUS EMULSION CONTAINING ISOTACTIC POLYPROPYLENE CARBOXYL AT THE SAME TIME AS AMORPHIC POLYPROPYLENE CARBOXYL, A BASE AND A TENSIO-ACTIVE AGENT. ISOTACTIC CARBOXYL POLYPROPYLENE IS INCORPORATED IN THE EMULSION BY A PROCESS FOR CO-EMULSIONING OF ISOTACTIC AND AMORPHIC CARBOXYL POLYPROPYLENES IN A RATIO OF 1: 1 TO 1: 4 PARTS IN WEIGHT AT THE SAME TIME AS THE BASE AND THE TENSIO-AGENT. WATER IS ADDED TO THE COEMULSIONED MIXTURE TO OBTAIN EMULSION WITH THE DESIRED SOLID LEVEL. APPLICATION: PREPARATION OF GLASS FIBERS USED AS REINFORCING MATERIALS FOR POLYOLEFINIC SUBSTANCES.
