a. Tube cathodique d'affichage. b. Tube cathodique caractérisé en ce que la plaque avant est réalisée dans un verre qui forme un filtre de couleur à transmission relativement étroite, la transmission du filtre de couleur étant maximale pour une plage étroite prédéterminée de longueur d'onde, et en ce que la couche de phosphore présente une énergie d'émission par effet de luminescence cathodique qui se trouve dans la plage étroite des longueurs d'onde pour laquelle la transmission du verre est maximale.
