Abstract

Procédé et dispositif pour l'analyse spectroscopique d'un matériau. Des faisceaux cohérents de rayonnement monochromatique sont dirigés dans un échantillon du matériau. Un mécanisme d'accord permet de régler la différence de fréquence entre les faisceaux de façon qu'elle soit sensiblement égale à la fréquence de vibration d'un composant présélectionné du matériau. L'énergie moléculaire d'un composant présélectionné du matériau croît, ce qui permet d'obtenir un signal détectable ayant la forme d'une onde de pression. Le signal est reçu dans un mécanisme de détection qui en indique la grandeur. Application aux dispositifs d'analyse de matériaux.
