Abstract

Procédé de préparation de 3-amino-rifamycines S et SV ayant une activité antibiotique. On fait réagir une 3-bromorifamycine S avec du nitrure de sodium pour donner de la 3-nitro-rifamycine S, qui est réduite avec de la poudre de zinc pour donner la 3-amino-rifamycine SV, à partir de laquelle on peut obtenir la 3-amino-rifamycine S par traitement avec un agent oxydant.
