Abstract

L'invention concerne un circuit imprimé avec une interconnexion entre les deux faces. L'interconnexion est établie à travers un trou du substrat par une bande métallique dont une extrémité en forme d'anneau est appuyée contre une extrémité en forme d'anneau est appuyée contre une partie de forme similaire d'un conducteur sur une face et dont une autre extrémité passe dans le trou en formant un pontet, pour être connectée à un conducteur de l'autre face. L'invention s'applique notamment à des circuits imprimés subissant des cycles thermiques.
