Abstract

L'invention est relative à un procédé pour la préparation d'une composition pour revêtement par électrophorèse cationique caractérisé en ce que : I. On mélange ou on fait réagir : 1 degrés un produit de réaction d'un produit d'addition époxy-amine A et un polyisocyanate partiellement bloqué C en un rapport en poids de 95 à 5 parties de A pour 5 à 95 parties de C, et 2 degrés un produit de réaction d'un polyamide B et un polyisocyanate C partiellement bloqué en un rapport en poids de 95 à 5 parties de B pour 5 à 95 parties de C, le produit d'addition époxy-amine A étant un produit de réaction préparé en faisant réagir une résine époxy avec une amine basique ayant au moins un groupe amino basique, le polyamide B ayant au moins un groupe amino basique, et le polyisocyanate partiellement bloqué C ayant dans sa molécule au moins un groupe isocyanate bloqué et en moyenne un nombre de groupes isocyanate libres supérieur à zéro et égal ou inférieur à 1, les rapports en poids étant de 90 à 10 parties du produit de réaction de A et C pour 10 à 90 parties du produit de réaction de B et C; et II. On dissout ou on met en dispersion le mélange ou le produit de réaction résultant en un milieu aqueux par neutralisation avec un acide.
