Abstract
L'invention concerne un réacteur permettant la mise en oeuvre d'un procédé d'oxydation catalytique de matières en phase vapeur. Le réacteur comprend une enveloppe à lit fixe 2 et des tubes 3 du type échangeur de chaleur, remplis d'au moins un type de catalyseur oxydant et disposés dans l'enveloppe, ces tubes traversant sans contact des ouvertures 11 formées dans au moins un plateau écran perforé 10 délimitant des compartiments a, b dans l'enveloppe. Les distances entre les surfaces externes des tubes et les surfaces internes des ouvertures correspondantes dans le plateau écran sont de 0,2 à 5 mm. Le réacteur comprend en outre des moyens pour alimenter les compartiments a et b en agents de transfert de chaleur. Application à l'oxydation en phase vapeur de gaz fournis aux tubes du réacteur.
