Abstract

a. Dispositif de fixation selon le brevet principal pour la fixation d'une tenture contre un mur, ce dispositif comprenant en combinaison un barreau profilé continu présentant au moins une gorge apte à recevoir le bord d'une telle tenture et une série de plaquettes destinées à être fixées verticalement, de place en place, le long du bord du mur correspondant et comportant une mâchoire élastique apte à recevoir ce barreau. b. Chaque plaquette de fixation 2 du présent dispositif est agencée pour être fixée sur la cloison correspondante par collage ou clouage et comporte, au-delà de l'une au moins de deux branches de sa mâchoire élastique, une partie 15 prolongeant la semelle même de la plaquette et qui est également destinée à être appliquée contre cette cloison pour constituer une surface d'appui supplémentaire. c. Le présent dispositif permet de fixer une tenture contre un mur sans qu'il soit nécessaire de prévoir un agencement particulier de ce mur pour la mise en place préalable de certaines pièces de fixation.
